This condo is beautiful and is well stocked with both kitchen and beach supplies. The pool areas and the beach are convenient and beautiful. We loved our stay!

We couldn't be happier with the attentiveness of the host during our stay. Whenever we had questions, we had the answers within minutes. Checkin process was seamless. The condo is just a few minutes walk from the beach. I loved the rooftop deck where we could sit during the evening and listen to the ocean and enjoy the vista of stars.

We enjoyed this condo very much. The walk to the beach if short, the condo was clean and very comfortably furnished. The neighborhood is quiet.
We did have an issue with the internet, but it was an issue with the provider. The host did EVERYTHING in her power to fix the situation. Lisa is an amazing host and really cares about her visitors having a nice comfortable stay.

Overall great experience! The condo was clean, and everything we needed was supplied. The property was fairly quiet (not surprising being summer), the pools were excellent, and the beach was fantastic!

The Hibiscus is our go to when staying in St Augustine. And we were pleased with this unit. First thing my daughter said when walking in was 'it smells so pretty in here' Everything we needed, the beach cart was invaluable! Plenty of towels and nice little touches like a bowl of travel size toiletries, and a cabinet with extras like lotion, after sun, sunscreen, and even feminine supplies. Quiet pools and the nicest, cleanest, most powder fine sand beach you could ever ask for. Only a 15 min drive to Historic St Augustine. Look closely on the beach, you may find some sea glass or sharks teeth! 3rd floor was less than fun but it was what we signed up for. The beach is about a 5 min easy walk through the resort.

Also, the Property may have beach view this condo does not. It overlooks some trees and near A1A

In the roof of our building was a “crows nest” that you are able to go to and see the ocean. It is a wonderful spot

We absolutely loved this property. It included beach toys, chairs, towels, umbrella, and a beach cart, which came in handy since there was a short walk to the beach. Lisa is a fantastic host and the communication with her was great.

I have stayed in other condos on this property numerous times. It was the best furnace and included so many items. No run to the grocery store for coffee filters. Trashbags, paper towels, sample shampoo conditioner. It was all there. Thank you for a lovely stay.

St Augustine is exceedingly beautiful and the condo is well located for accessing the beach and the city. We loved the night of the lights, the vibrant atmosphere of the city and the warmth of the people there.
The layout of the condo is quite nice. Our stay is comfortable and there is plenty of space to hangout. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the roof top view of the ocean very much too.
Lisa is very responsive to our questions and is super considerate throughout. We had a blessed time. Merry Christmas!

The location of this condo is wonderful only a short 15 min ride to the city easy getting around! Great sunsets from the living room and balcony, sunrises from the roof top deck! The beach was beautiful and a short walk away there was a cart to use for all your beach gear which was very helpful.. Pools were perfect but not heated at the time of our stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Just be ready for the three flights of stairs but well worth it, we hope to be back in the future!! I have already recommend it to a few friends! Oh and bring a cooler! :)

This property is pretty wonderful. The home decor, the location, the balcony, the price. But most importantly it was so super clean! Short 5 min walk to the beach. Pools are nice. The condo is well stocked with dishes, towels, and extra blankets and pillows which is important to me. This was the perfect spot to enjoy our girls weekend.

Lisa was very communicative before, during, and after our stay! Answered all of my questions and made us feel right at home!
The condo is beautifully furnished and was very comfortable! One of the pools is close by with great gas grills. The hosts provided beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.
The beach is a bit of a hike so use the wagon they provided. No elevator so pack lightly.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and well stocked. We did leave an electric tea kettle as one was not available in the unit. Walk to beach was a little farther than anticipated with older family member. Pillows were super hard or flat. We purchased our own. Kids loved the pools. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery store.

Just Wonderful
This was such a wonderful home! Everything was perfect and I am planning on requesting this unit when I return. The owners were immediately available and I contacted them several times but not because anything was wrong but-to ask what and where they purchased the mattress. I ever slept so well!

We loved staying here! The place is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The walk to the beach is short and enjoyable. We had so much fun that we didn’t want to leave. The hosts are wonderful, they did such a good job at making us feel at home. Highly recommend!

Great space! Exceptionally clean and had every amenity that you would every need. The beach there is amazing. Though there was not a view of the water... the RV park was just as interesting. 😁 Thank you for allowing us to stay and all the best wishes.

Very nice, well appointed 2 br condo within walking distance to beach, heated pool and spa. Our stay was everything we expected.. cozy and comfortable condo, just the size we needed for the 2 of us with nearby access to a pristine beach. The owner Lisa kept in good contact and checking in was a breeze. There is also access to a nice heated pool and spa which was wonderful coming off the beach. Historic St. Augustine is a very short 20 minutes away. Shopping and some restaurants are 2-3 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.
