الموقع رغم عدم توفر مواقف . الطاقم متعاون . الغطور رغم قلة الخيارات .

عدم توفر مواقف وقت الذروة . رغم التجديد الا انها غير مريحة . لا يوجد عزل اطلاقا صحيت مرتين او اكثر من النوم بسبب المستأجرين الجدد مقابلني . باب الحمام لا يغلق ولا يوجد كيلون بالاساس . وساخه في منشفة الوجه . الشبابك في مستوى اعلى منك وكأنك في قبو والشباك من القديم غير العازل . التلفزون لا يعمل محطوط زينة . لا يوجد سنترال التلفون ايضا للزينة . لا يوجد مخرج طوارئ قريبة منك . طفايات الحريق منتهية الصلاحية . كان عارض عليه غرفة بدون شباك . الستاير لا تعزل الضوء . تنقص العاملين في النظافة والمطعم المهنية وخصوصا المطعم يدق الباب تفتح تلقاه في وجهك على طولا والباب كاشف الغرفة بالكامل والعصير مكشوف بدون غطاء جايبه مع الأكل 🤢 . وأهم شئ العزل العزل سواء من ضواضاء الشارع او حتى من النزلاء معك .

Location was good. It near city center. Also hygiene was acceptable

It was old building with narrow enterance. Also team response was slow.

لا مراتب جيده ولا نظافه جيده ولا خدمات متوفره مثل الثلاجه والغلايه ولا يوجد لحاف للنوم جميع الموجوده متسخه والمبلغ عالي مقابل الخدمه للأسف

Friendliness of the person in the cafeteria. Market and few coffee shops are in the closed distance. Flexibility of the checkin since we arrived earlier than expected and we were provided temporary room.

We stayed in two type of rooms (two kids plus 2 adults). Few hours in Studio where amenities were kind of old and not really designed/chosen for a hotel. In One bedroom apartment it was more specious but: - cigarette smell was all the time in the living room (I was staying with kids so it was really bad) - bathroom has toilet with shower in the same room (no separation). When you take shower its all wet and you cannot use toilet without special sleepers. Its also not hygenic to have toilet just under the shower, without any separation (bacteria wise and others) - Could not find kettle to boil water - Staff was sitting in the corridors (cleaner, house keeping). It makes us uncomfortable to see such things in the hotel. - Parking and entrance would require some rearrangements to looks more like a hotel from outside
