La maison est située dans le quartier résidentiel le plus récent d'Olhos de Agua, à environ 3 km d'Albufeira. A proximité il y a des restaurants, des cafés, des magasins, une pharmacie et un marché. La plage d’Olhos de Agua, avec ses sources d’eau douce, se trouve à environ 700 m et la belle plage de Eulalia à 1 km. Dans les environs, vous trouverez deux parcours de golf de 9 trous, Balaia Golf Village et Pine Cliffs Golf.
La maison est sur un terrain clôturé, avec 500 m², avec pelouse, fleurs et piscine d´eau salée. Il a des chaises longues, barbecue couvert et terrasse couverte avec mobilier de jardin. Parking devant la maison.
Antenne TV et satellite, DVD / CD, accès Internet Wi-Fi et machine à laver.
Les draps et les serviettes sont disponibles. Les animaux domestiques sont acceptés moyennant un supplément.

Its a big property in a quiet area, two minutes away from all the bars and shops. I'll definitely come back here to this exact villa. Owner is friendly and helpful.

Check in and communication with owners was very good… beautiful pool villa and bbq area… walking distance to beautiful beaches, bars supermarkets and restaurants… no car is needed as everything is walking distance … had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful villa… thank you Claudio

Amazing location for access to local bars/restaurants and supermarkets, no car required as everything is walking distance. The neighbourhood is lovely and safe and clean and tidy.The lively strip in Albufeira is only a short cheap taxi away if you want that sort of thing. Olhos de agua has beautiful restaurants producing some amazing fresh foods. Would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend to anyone. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks and would definitely stay in same villa again it was faultless.

The villa was exactly as shown on the website. It was a large spacious villa with more than enough room for 8 people. Air conditioning in each bedroom was a nescessity. The surrounding area was perfect with a stroll to the shops, bars and restuarants of which every single person we met was friendly and very welcoming. I would like to say a huge 'thank you' to Claudio who went above and beyond assisting with us on our final day. He provided us with a secure place to leave our suitcases and even transported them there and back to our hired villa ready for our airport transfer. I couldn't fault our experience here and recommend this villa and its owners greatly.

We were a family of 6, all adults and loved our stay here. It is a lovely property, very spacious, exceptionally clean, well equipped in every regard, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, dishwasher, sun loungers, towels and plenty dining/ seating areas. The house is in a residential area so nice and quiet but only a 5 mins walk from shops/bars/restaurants. You could manage without a car quite well here unless you have mobility issues, then the walk up and down to the town and beach may be a challenge. Olhos do Agua is a hilly town! Our only suggestions to the owner are as follows: The hairdryer needs replacing, it is hopeless. The pillows are very flat and too soft, everyone had to use cushions to boost them. An Information folder with instructions on how to use the kitchen appliances would be useful plus some local taxis numbers and other local information would also have been helpful. Apart from that, we had a wonderful stay and will book again if we return to Olhos do Agua.

We had a wonderful time in this very big and very well equipped house; the kitchen offers everything which is needed and all the rooms include a bathroom and air conditioner.
We were 2 families with two children each and the house is so confortable and very well situated. Only 5 minutes from restaurants and shops and 10 minutes from the beach.
Manuela is a very kind owner and we were so pleased to know her and talk with her. She was at our completely disposal.
We warmly recommend you this house for you next holidays at Olhos de Agua.
