Comfortable, location (not far from shopping or beaches), quiet neighborhood, *pet friendly*

Pricey cleaning fee, lawn/landscape wasn’t mowed/maintained

The beds were comfortable

Living room furniture was broken down. The kitchen counter chairs were the wrong size. The seat of the chair was to close to counter. Table only had 3 chairs. There were no hangers. No dresser in master bedroom. We had to keep our clothes in our suitcase.

Location and neighborhood very nice. Called vacasa support and they responded quickly. But in no way could they fix the items that were wrong with this place ! That would take a couple weeks to do !

Entire house not cleaned on arrival. Kitchen pots and pans of very poor supply. Same for dishes. Kitchen lights not working. Exterior of house very dirty. Neglected. Draperies and shower curtains missing rods. Small tv in living room. Insufficient seating in living room. Insufficient and non-matching chairs for dining room table. Water stains on the master bedroom ceiling. Dirty laundry thrown down the cellar stairs and left. Cellar carpet soaks from water leak downstairs. This property was not prepared to accommodate 6 to 8 people. Barely ready for 2 to 4. In short, awful experience !

We loved the living room but had to rent a tv because the tv was microscopic... no other TVs in house either. It was cozy but wasn’t cleaned as promised. We couldn’t check in due to “extensive cleaning”. It wasn’t cleaned for months before we came. Spider webs, dead spider on bed, no blankets in master room, grass wasn’t mowed, flooding in basement, and stains on rugs. vacasa lied to us twice. 1. Said we couldn’t check in early due to extensive cleaning. 2. Promised $580 to make up for it being dirty and dusty and only returned $216 of it!!! Manager wouldn’t call us back. They lied twice and were shady as hell!! We had to file a claim. They are impossible to get in touch with!!! Other then the bad stuff, we enjoyed fire pit and fires inside as night while watching movies. We had to spend $170 to rent a decent size tv from rent a center for week. If your looking for simplicity and nothing fancy then this is your place.

Nothing. I would never stay there again and I will never use booking.com again.

The house was not clean. The keys were difficult to get out of the lockbox. The house smelled of mildew and appeared uncared for. The beds were so horrible I slept in the living room the first night and went home the 2nd night rather than stay there a 2nd night. There were alot of ants. I was charged a cleaning fee almost the same price as the rental, I hope someone actually invests this money into a deep cleaning.
