We enjoyed our stay here. Location was great, we were promptly met at check-in and both Ria and Barbara were more than helpful with questions. We accidentally locked a bag inside the apartment while checking out and Ria came to the rescue and made arrangements for me to pick it up. Would absolutely recommend

We truly enjoyed syaying in this unique property. Extremely clean, confortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for all we wanted to do and see. We could walk to everything. Rea and Emmanuel were quickly responsive and assisted us after an unexpevted late arrival. They coordinated our taxi from the airport to the property.
We highly recommend this property.

This was a fantastic place! Great location! Good communication with owner Rita and Isabella who met us to check us in. They also arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport. The home had soooo many fun and charming elements! We really enjoyed this special property!
A few important things to know prior to booking this location. Stairs are very tight and steep. They were not a problem for us however, for groups with older or young children it could be challenging. There is a slight musty smell. One other thing, the door system somewhat complex, there are two doors that need to be unlocked upon each entry and exit. Thankful for no emergencies because this could cause a serious problem.

This was a beautiful apartment! A couple caveats - there is only one tiny window and we realized in hindsight that the lack of sunlight after our flight made it harder to overcome jetlag. Also, the stairs to the kitchen and bathroom are extremely steep. Emmanuele was great with check-in and the apt. had everything we needed.

If you can manage a lot of stairs, this rental was clean, comfortable and with a modern feel to it. The location was excellent. Tons of restaurants, bars and shops just steps away, but also walking distance to the colosseum and other sites. We had some late-night noise just one night of our stay but that was related to a special event at one of the bars on the corner. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is a modern design that makes clever use of small space. It is clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers good. The aircon, fans and dehumidifiers help to rid the apartment of stuffiness. It is in a great central location to sites and cool shopping with many places to eat nearby.
The listing is accurate but something we didn’t consider is how the bedrooms are on a mezzanine which is open to the living area, so they don’t have doors. This might be a privacy issue for some. For us (4 friends and sisters sharing) it meant if one of us was up, or comes in late, it basically wakes everyone.
We had an issue with the living area toilet. Despite following the sign above the toilet carefully, it started to constantly fill noisily which was rather annoying. We reported it and the owner/ agent was to resolve it after our stay.
The host / agent were good communicators and we got a welcoming check-in.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Great location with easy 12 minute walk to the Pantheon. You are in the middle of all the key tourist attractions so able to easily walk most places. Some nice restaurants and shops around.
This property has a number of steep stair cases so it not accessible for anyone who is unable to climb stairs or wants to lift suitcases up and down steep staircases.

This property was fantastic. It was very clean and has everything you need for your stay in Rome. Its location was perfect and as advertised was central to all there is to see in Rome.
Ria the property manager was great and very responsive to any inquiries. She also set up all of our transportation needs from the airport and to the cruise port.
Emanuel who met us at the rental was very informative and nice. He sent us information on all of the spots around the rental for eating and nightlife.

The apartment is adequate. However, there is no oven or dishwasher. So, if you’re looking to eat at home, it can be very challenging. The steps in the apartment are difficult to navigate. The upstairs has curved ceilings which make waking up difficult and you can bang your head. There is no rear exit/entrance. In case of fire, well, I don’t want to say; you can only imagine. There is no outdoor space and only one window. The air conditioner is loud and doesn’t fulfill the need, so using fans are necessary. It is in close proximity to Piazza Navonna and the Pantheon. Pam local is the name of the closest supermarket. To end on a positive note, the shower was very nice.

Check in went smooth, they were very accommodating with us being delayed on arriving to Rome. Ria set up a taxi from the airport which was a great help.
The property is lovely and unique. The location is great, a few minutes from the Piazza Novono, the atmosphere around the area once evening starts is amazing. So much to explore around the location with bars, restaurants etc. on the doorstep and the major attractions all within walking distance.
Would highly recommend the property, a big thanks to Barbara who help us check in and gave us the name of the best pasta restaurant we went to all week along with some other tips.

Amazing location and plenty of room in this clean, centralized apartment. Watch your head if you're tall in the bedroom but don't let that stop you. Had plenty of room for the four of us and location is walking distance to everything you want to get to in Rome. Lots of little restaurants, cafe's near by as well. Highly recommended!

Our stay here was a mixed bag. The location is excellent. It's a minute walk to a taxi stand and the walk to the Piazza Navona is great. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We were prepared for the stairs, but they are rather steep and would not do well for anyone with mobility issues. The water pressure for showers was perfect. The beds are firm but comfortable.
Ria was great about setting up our car service requests for arriving and leaving the apartment. She was super quick responding and letting me know the details.
The apartment is rather damp, which makes how clean it was more amazing. There are little dehumidifiers running on each floor and a window AC unit that helps it be less humid. We stayed here in June.
The unit does not have a dryer machine as in the listing, but does have an electric drying rack. This is not a deal breaker, but I would have planned laundry differently. However, because of the dampness, towels never fully dried when hung up, even after a day. We used the electric rack, but it took a while to dry.
There were 2 issues. I was told the earliest we could check in was 2 pm. Then I received a text from Ria at 1:30 that Barbara was only staying until 2 and we needed to get to the unit. She had been waiting since 1 pm. I felt bad, but all my texts with Ria and Barbara confirm check in was at 2. And Ria asked if the cleaning service could pick up dirty linens after 6:30. I said yes, but he showed up at 9:30 pm. She apologized, but that was all

This was the perfect place it was so close to so many restaurants , shopping, and sites. however it is not a great choice for anyone with difficulty climbing stairs. The host was so wonderful arranging transfers from the airport, storage of luggage , we arrived from the states before check in. Also all transportation. The apartment was so cute. Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay was perfection! From the moment we landed at the airport, Ria and Barbara had us taken care of with a driver. Barbara met us at the flat to welcome us and give us some instructions. After spending the first couple days of our trip in a cramped hotel room, the space we had in Rome had us ecstatic. Separate bathrooms, separate bedrooms even in separate parts of the flat, a nice sized living room and even a kitchen. The extras were all there for our use. Seriously could not be happier with our choice and I can't thank you gals enough!! Grazie!

If you are ok with stairs you’ll love this charming apartment. Both bedrooms have their own personalized staircase for lots of privacy. And the complete and modern kitchen is downstairs. The host was very helpful and accommodating and even checked in with us to make sure all our needs had been met.

The apartment was centrally located to everything and Barbara was an awesome host! Prior to our arrival, she provided lots of valuable information and MORE as first-time visitors to Rome. Throughout the trip we asked her for advice and recommendations on how to get to certain places, and suggestions on certain restaurants and she was so responsive. As the owner had mentioned in the listing details, just calling out that the bathrooms are not located on the same floor as the bedrooms in case that matters to other guests. Other than that, the apartment is super cute.

This was a exactly what we hoped it would be. Great location, our host Barbara was helpful and accommodating. Steep stairs to get to the bedrooms or kitchen, ground level in a popular night spot, so if stairs or noise bother you probably choose something else. We loved the property.

Great location, v. short walks to historical monuments. Grocery stores, restaurants, taxi stands all 1 minute away. Barbara was extremely thorough, helpful, and responsive to our needs. When we were accidentally locked out she arranged for someone to meet us within 30 minutes. Would absolutely recommend this host and location.

Two loft bedrooms with steep narrow stairs not best for seniors or mobility issues. Three floors with living and one half bathroom on ground level and with kitchen and second bathroom and shower in the basement. Great location within walking distance of all sights except the Colosseum complex. Many good restaurants just around the corner.
Definitely recommended for younger guests.

This unit was a great place to stay for us to visit everywhere in Rome. We were able to easily walk to most historical places within 15-30 min. There are plenty of amazing restaurants, bars, shops and markets within 5 minutes walk. The closet taxi stand is a little ways when you have roller bags but honestly not that bad. The location is on a side street so not much traffic and almost no noise.
Water pressure is great and the unit was very clean.
There are three floors and you walk in the main level with the living room and a bathroom. The upper floor has the two bedrooms and the lower floor has the kitchen and the larger bathroom.

The house was clean and equipped with the things we need. It’s a great location and close to all the tourist spot with just walking. Italy transit isn’t the best or easiest to figure out so it was a bonus we found Ria’s place to be so close to everything. Literally walk out and turn left and you see a variety of restaurant to choose from. Owner was quick and responsive and the check in process was quick and easy. Just a bit of advice if you have mobility issue, the rooms are up the stairs so it might be a problem, and if you’re a bit tall than 5’6 you might accidentally hit your head on the ceiling in the bedroom since it’s designed as a penthouse ish room. All in all I would highly recommend.

We loved the apartment and the modern feel in this ancient city! Barbara was amazing to work with and made sure to give us plenty of pointers and made the trip very easy for us! The apartment is 50 meters from coromandel which is the absolute best breakfast place around. Be sure to make a reservation to this apartment and for breakfast!

We were very happy with this prime location! Easy access to great restaurants, shops, and all the sights. The apartment itself was very nice. We had read reviews before hand so we were prepared for low ceilings in the bedrooms. You might hit your head a time or two if you don’t pay attention. Other than that it was a great place to relax at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Ria and Barbara were great to work with and readily available.

My husband and I traveled to Italy for the first time, staying in various places. Ria is very easy to communicate with and it was a pleasure to meet Barbara at check-in. Barbara was able to walk us through the apartment and was kind enough to go over the general area (provided us with a map of Rome) with suggestions on where/what to do. The apartment is in, our opinion, one of the best places in Rome. We enjoyed Piazza Navona and its surroundings. Would stay again.
