The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

The swimming pool is shared with the adjacent Four Points hotel. We were in the pool when a group of 16 rambunctious and unsupervised female teenagers took over the pool— loudly played volleyball and screamed. Their screams were magnified 10 times because of the room acoustics. I told them that we also wanted to enjoy the pool but that fell to deaf ears. I went to the reception to let them know the situation. I was told that basically they can’t do anything. Our group and another family had no choice but to leave the ear-splitting place. It was disappointing.

The breakfast was okay. Pool was shared by the other hotel but too much chemicals my son got sick.

Everything was so fabulous and I would have given it a 10 if the water pressure was good. If I may say, it sucked but otherwise the stay was amazing!

The staff are great, the front desk are friendly.

The AC unit was so loud. There is too much chlorine in the pool, I felt uncomfortable with my throat after staying in the pool for 10 minutes.

pillows way too soft. hot tub jets weren’t functioning at the time of our stay. room was not isolated from hallway noises.

our room a suite was right across from the elevator, and right next to the kitchen. it was extremely loud at all hours of the day. Making sleeping difficult. when one books a top end room you do not expect to get put on the main floor right across from the busiest part of the hotel. I was very disappointed in this.

It was superb! I personally liked that someone is doing your omelet. And you can customize it according to your liking. It was one of the best buffet I ever hard! Food is always fresh and staff are always accommodating! Keep it up!

Nothing so far as everything looks great for me. I can't say anything more. I would say I am satisfied.

Pet-friendly and no pet fee. The room was very clean. Staff were courteous. We got our breakfast at exactly 7am so it's all freshly made. Check in and out were smooth.

Bring your slippers as the floor in the washroom is real cold. If they can provide a small packet of toothpaste, that would be great.

It’s very clean, the rooms are spacious and there’s kitchen appliances available. The staff were also friendly and underground parking is available for free

Booking system I reserved the hotel 2weeks before my trip, but the hotel room was full when I arrived the hotel. The hotel offer other hotel same ‘King room’ ,but alternative hotel room facilities was not same. “Same name of King room, but it was down grade King room”

The room we stayed in (2117) had a giant crack in the window. Plus the toilets don’t flush more than once in an hour so if you and the person need to go to the washroom you have to wait for an hour until you can flush again. Very frustrating. The house keepers also didn’t refill our towels when they cleaned our room. They took our used hanging towels but didn’t think to replace them? Easily fixed just called for new ones. But that could’ve easily been done while the room was cleaned.

customer service was awful, did not get the room we paid for and when we brought this to their attention they argued with us and said it is just a different layout, when we proved the room we paid for and the room we were in were two different rooms (with room titles and pictures of the room) nothing was done (the whole time this conversation was happening the manager was there and did nothing) we left upset then decided to go back to the front desk and talk with the manager and right away he agreed that they are tow different rooms but that we could not get the room we paid for because there was none left so he adjusted the price which at the time was fine with us but now reflecting on the experience does not seem like enough, I do not think we should have had to pay for this experience. extremely disappointed

Great service for the most part. Breakfast was good, and beds were comfortable.

Pool is small especially since it is shared with four points Sheraton. We booked the executive 1 bedroom suite and when we arrived we were told there were none available and we would have to wait til the next day. But we were still charged for the executive suite. Was told we would get a refund for the price difference for the 1 day. Not sure why the booking system let us book the executive room even though there were none available. We were put on the 4th floor without being notified that it was a floor for pets. I am allergic to cats, had hives and was itchy all night and had no idea what was going on until we asked and found out that we were on the pet floor. This is completely unacceptable as they should be letting the guests know incase of allergies. All in all a terrible stay and I would not recommend this hotel.
