Utsikten var fantastisk. Skönt att det fanns hiss till sjätte våningen.

1. Odören från trapphuset/schaktet var hemsk. Dessutom kunde det plötsligt börja lukta surt avlopp inne i lägenheten. 2. Det var ostädat, t ex dammigt, smutsigt i duschen och vi var osäkra på om lakanen var bytta. 3. Handtaget i duschen var sönder och det var i princip stopp i avloppet i duschen. 4. Morgon och kväll samlades ett stort antal fåglar utanför husets fasad och de flög helt orädda väldigt nära och ibland in på balkongen. Tur att vi inte är rädd för fåglar!

Nice view of the beach.

The apartment is really nice with everything that we needed being provided down to a shopping bag. There is a comfortable bed in the bedroom and a well equipped kitchen. The balcony, complete with shaded area, overlooks the beach (Gran Playa) and gets the sun in the afternoon with spectacular sunsets in the evenings. The location is perfect with the beach and the promenade just one minute away. There is a full sized supermarket within a five minute walk and the central bus station and Saturday market are within a ten minute walk. There is a very good Italian restaurant located on the ground floor of the building and many other restaurants just around the corner opposite the marina. The host was excellent in communicating with regard to our arrival and we were met by someone who gave us the keys and showed us access to the WIFI etc.

Nice place with a gorgeous view opening from the terrace, especially at sunset. The apartment had all the facilities and equipment you may need.

Picking up the keys was a bit tricky. The address of the property was sent one hour before the arrival, about half an hour before we reached the destination another address arrived. It turned out to be the place where we should pick up the keys and head for the apartment. We did not have a chance to see the host.

Absolutely lovely apartment .... everything you could want was in this cosy comfortable apartment and the owner Africa is a treasure to deal with ....

Excellent location. Food stores and many cafeteria and restaurants in the near proximity. The same for sand beach and promenada.

In the living room: the bed needs mattresses of much better quality;, fresh linen; some of the towels need more freshness.
