The property location is close to metro station 5 mins walk, but it a little bit far from the check-in point but it's suitable for business trip.

It was a typical serviced apartment with a comfortable layout that made me feel at home. It is also suitable for long-term stays as it has a microwave oven, washing machine, dishes and cooking utensils.
Far from the tourist attractions. It is 40 minutes by taxi from the famous Tiger Hill and the Grand Canal.

Everything we needed for a family of four in the apartment. Very comfortable beds and rooms.
Breakfast options a bit limited and cold. Could have used some more western options like pancakes or muffins. The fruit options were also a bit lacking - only two types avalible.

Quick check in and decent room. Nothing too fancy but usable.
The pool for the hotel was open to public so it was very busy with families. Difficult to swim even in the lane designated as a guest of the hotel despite being available. Noisy corridor outside room.

Cleaniless and friendly staff. The location is a little far away from everywhere but it is not a problem. Metro Station just closed to the hotel. I will book it again. 100% recommended

Well maintained apartments, comfortable and with all the necessary things. Staff was very friendly. My son loved the play room. Checking in and out was very fast.
Breakfast selection is a bit limited, but enough. On our first night the neighbors were very noisy.

The rooms are new and clean, a bit away from most of the stuff but it’s cheap to take taxi everywhere so it’s fine for us.

Shower room door opens inward, very unsafe; should open outward instead. Somerset and Capital Land Management should not make this dangerous mistake.

It was fully equipped, with all the necessary tools to live alone, and with very nice restaurants nearby. Internet is a charm and Metro connection is honestly in front of the hotel. We / I would repeat with no doubts.
Maybe, if we would have to say something, a little bit more of breakfast offer, as it was enoughly variated between Chinese and Western cuisine, but it could improve.
