It’s a lovely little apartment in the Knysna mountains. The view is exceptional with birds chirping during the day - peaceful. Exactly what we needed after a busy year!

Great location, very comfortable living space and hosts were attentive to our needs. The birdlife in the area is really something, and we loved our walk down to the Phantom River Nature Reserve for a swim in the saltwater river. The great apartment is right under the main house so not complete privacy, if that's what you're looking for. Not a complaint, just good to know if you're looking for complete isolation in the woods.

Stunning views and serenity - like a Heidi home in the mountains. Personal touch and taste of Kathrin making our stay homely. Also very clean. To top it all, Kathrin provided us with tasty snacks like rusks, muesli, yoghurt and beverages. We had a superb time and will recommend to anyone looking for a more quite, rural setting amongst the mountain trees.

The owners Katherin and Steve, were most friendly and welcoming. We had awesome gifts to welcome us. The place is very cozy with top quality products to make your stay more enjoyable. Theres a wide selection of quality books to read. Often a forgotten past time. With the beautiful views and tranquility, reading is a must! They even have a list of things to do and restaurants to frequent in the surrounding areas. I rate our stay 5 stars ✨ thanks Katherin and Steve

There's a gravel road leading up to the place that is a nuisance. But the benefits far out weighs that nuisance.
