Property was clean and had extra items like spices, laundry detergent, soaps etc. We really liked the piggly wiggly supermarket nearby also and the pool on the property is very nice with a beautiful shade tree above it.

We saw a couple dead bugs laying around each morning in the hallway and living room but didn’t find any live ones during our stay. They probably had just exterminated. We told the staff at old colony realty but they didn’t seem to care much. We have traveled many times in the past to various condos at the beach and bugs always seem to be an issue. The shower curtain liners need to he changed in both bathrooms. The big wicker chair In living room is broken also. But everything else was clean and nice and comfortable. We slept very well in the king bed and we really liked the decor. The pictures on websites don’t do this property justice.
