Location convenient for our purposes
For premium price, some amenities lacking like cable tv, coffee/tea, frying pan had corrosion of non-stick surface, dirty and worn sponge at sink, no black pepper

We loved the location of the property! The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed and felt to be the perfect size for us. The atmosphere and the amenities were great (especially the gym)!!!

I appreciate the apartment location in an Art Deco historic building, near public transportation (red line), free parking, size of apartment (did not feel crowded), modern and clean kitchen and bathroom (rain shower was nice and warm), amenities of the building (rooftop lounge, indoor pool, gym), and the hosts were nice with good communication (rental instructions were clear, thorough, and easy to follow). Thank you for hosting my daughter and I. We enjoyed our visit and hope you will host us again in the future!

The property was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. It was clean and well appointed with kitchen utensils and appliances. Also had a washer/dryer that came in handy. Close the red line CTA stop made it easy to get into the city.
Parking was a challenge although I did find a spot within walking distance.

Loved the apt. Location was awesome. Hosts were awesome. Roof access was awesome. Loved it.
My only complaint was that the comforter provided in the closet had fairly fresh blood on it. We were able to use the other blankets provided.
