The view, and the space
Maybe just carrying our stuff up and down the stairs

Checkin was great. The property manager went out of her way to make us feel appreciated. I enjoyed working with her.

No breakfast. Location was great for our needs.
The outside doors need dead bolt locks up high so small children cannot reach. Front door had no inside lock on it. We had to sweep the floors after we got there and handicap accessible should be ask when using any form to book the accommodations.

Location was great. House was very spacious and accommodating. The back porch was screened in so it was nice to sit and breath fresh air.
No internet. WE were told it was due to the high winds but once they finally came to see what was up, they stated they would have to contact the provider, so no internet for the whole stay. There were 4 TVs on the property but none of the remotes worked and there was no way to adjust the volume, so either you couldn't hear it or it was blaring. The refrigerator had a loud squeaking sound that happened all night. The downstairs air-conditioning took FOREVER to cool down, it was the end of the second day before it was even comfortable! It was so stuffy inside the living room and dining room, sticky hot. Worst of all, we spent all day at SDC and came back to take showers and relax, NO HOT WATER!!!! Only a few of our group were able to take showers. The rest had to either take a COLD shower or not. We thought it just needed to heat...but no! One of the group tried to take a shower at midnight thinking surely it had time to heat up...but no! Another woke up at 5:30 a.m. and thought the same...but no hot water. I called the service desk at 7 a.m. and the security from another location answered. He said he would report it. No one showed up. Housekeeping dropped off towels and sheets but just put on the porch and never asked us anything. I called the service desk back at 8 a.m. and the security officer answered again and said he called the property but didn't get an answer. So no one was coming to fix the problem, and we were checking out at 10 a.m. It was miserable and again sticky and stinky!! The upstairs bathtub was dirty. The kitchen really lacked in cookware. When I checked out I told the front desk all of our experience and he said sorry, but the manager was out of town, and I was welcome to call the property to speak with her if I could get ahold of her.

The location is fantastic. In the past we have been very satisfied with the resort.
Poor maintenance; one burner on stove did not work; fireplace did not work; towel bar in bathroom fell off the wall; broken tile in entry covered by a rug. We thought we dropped an item that rolled under the dresser - under the dresser was trash and someone's dirty sock.

Great location. Very spacious. Really nice cabin feel tucked into the trees near the lake. Beds were comfortable. Keep in mind you’re in hill country.
The daily calls to sign up for a time share. I already paid to be here. Don’t bother me with fake incentives (parking passes, rental reimbursements). Our unit also needed maintenance pretty badly - loose table leg, wobbly dining chairs and bathroom faucet aerators that sprayed water everywhere. Initial call from the “concierge” led me to believe those things would be handled until I realized all he wanted was for me to come in and hear his presentation. I didn’t take anymore calls from the property after that. Pictures didn’t match the space we got but we’re close enough. We would probably stay here again because the value for the size was definitely there. I wouldn’t even have reviewed if it wasn’t for the repeated timeshare calls. Huge turn off for me.

it was very close to silver dollar city and it was very spacious.
there was a lot of construction going on. my kids only wanted to play basketball and it was pretty dangerous.. when I would get in the shower I had to turn the water as hot as it’d go and it still wasn’t very hot.
