Huge common dining area, full-sized fridge, kitchen with utensils and even a parking lot. Table fans provide adequate ventilation in the bedrooms, and no aircon is required in the dining area with high ceiling. Surrounding shops and facilities, all within walking distance, helped us enjoy a more suburban experience (read: not just malls). These include a laundromat (literally next door), a barbershop, local coffeeshops and eateries and even convenience stores and roadside stalls.

It is a simple, modest and comfortable accommodation and doesn't proclaim to be a luxurious hotel. If there's a complaint, it would be in the bathrooms. Nothing wrong with the showerheads and bidets. Just an occasional minor flow/pressure irregularity, but seems to be quite common even in the budget hotels.

Big room, nice hommy place for family. Have kitchen we can cook or made anything. Closed location to mall and hang out place. Not crowded environment place compare to other location in Bandung. Closed to the mosque to perform jamaah prayer. In the morning nice to walk and circle surrounding

No Aircond only blower however the weather during stay was not hot so it is okay. Only local channel tv instead of cable tv and the signal was poor not crytall clear channel tv.

Location is perfect. The House is clean. Rina is very nice
