Location is excellent, staff were very good

Very easy to get to the old town and an easy walk from the train station. Courtesy mini bar of coke and water filled daily, as were the coffee pods. Breakfast was basic but worked well.

The location was perfect, close to the train station, restaurants and shopping. The room was small but clean, the shower had some issues draining but it was taken care of once staff notified.

Great location, short walk from the train station and short walk to the centre from the hotel. All staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast with cereals, Almond Milk, toast, scrambled eggs, fruit, pastries, waffles, banana bread (yum).

I've appreciate the coffee machine and the little fridge in the bedroom, the bed and pillows are comfortable.

The room is quite small, and so the bathroom. In the top floor rooms there is a balcony that conned all the room potentially is a privacy problem, there should be a division between them. The main problem for us was in the bathroom, when you take a shower you end up wetting all the floor because there is no glass door and in our room the bathroom door was stuck due to all the previous water and humidity and wasn't able to close at all. This was very inconvenient and uncomfortable if you wish for a bit of privacy in the bathroom. We asked for a change and they answered there was no other room available, but we only saw a couple of other guests. A little addition, the elevator is located in a little corner between the staff desk and the utility rooms and the door was always open so you are able to see everything that happens inside, from laundry to breakfast preparation, while you wait for it.

Good Location close to train station & central city

Would definitely recommend the hotel. The location could not have been better. The room was clean, spacious and very quiet. Hotel staff very friendly.
