I found difficulty to reach from pune railway station to hotal. That's why at midnight I booked another hotal. I lost money and my rating both.

Although room was small but it was neat & clean.
1. Behavior of reception people. The reception is managed by restaurant staff, not by any professional.
2. When my brother came to visit me, they didn't allow to come to my room. It was quite disgusting as he came three times but everytime he has to wait in small waiting area.
3. For morning breakfast the quatity was very less ( Missel paw & Poha) and the dinning area was full of thrown garbage. When I told the staff, he told that it is OK.
4. There is no signboard of hotel even it is located in a small lane.

Don't think just go .. Worth the money.. Staff was amazing.. Surroundings were good with the biryani smell coming around. You will understand this feeling if you are a hyderabadi.. Loved it
