Excellent location. Quiet. Clean. Very nice apartment.

Check in was poor. Poor communication from host. We waited outside for almost an hour trying to get code for lock box. No internet.

Location is very good Apartment is modern

The beds are too small and mattresses are very stiff, it was difficult to have a good sleep. The apartment lacks blackout curtains, it was too hot in the afternoon when the sun hits so we couldn’t sit in the TV room. Staff were not responsive, they provided us with two phone numbers but we didn’t get a responses once we called. The rent was so expensive and I don’t think it is worth the money we paid for it.

Could improve with air conditioning although the fans were good. A few more seats on the balcony since apartment is for 6 people but only 2 seats outside. A small area to leave luggage would be amazing since early checkout at 10am. This would make our rating a 10!

The apartment was simply gorgeous. Located in central London on a quiet street, fully equiped. Clean, modern, big.

The contact with the owners is not direct. And it takes time untill you get responses. In the bathroom - a towel rack would be helpful and a shelf to put things

Everything was amazing. They even let me check in before the time. It is very clean, and the staff very friendly. I will be back again in future visits.

There is no luggage storage.
