We stayed for a week over Christmas (for a 50th bday celebration) and wish we could have stayed longer!
The house manager (Mireille) met us at the villa when we arrived, and had done a small grocery shop for us (we sent her a list) so we had the basics at the house, and the hosts even gave us a bottle of wine. Mireille did a walkthrough and showed us around the house, and was super attentive throughout our visit, even texting us things to do in Curacao depending on the day.
The house is beautiful - the kitchen has been recently renovated, and has just about everything you need to be able to cook at home. There are stunning views of the sea and every morning we saw a cruise ship come into port, while watching and listening to the wild parakeets in the trees. We spent a lot of time on the veranda. The bedrooms are on the lower level and are air conditioned which was great for sleeping. We had a few very hot days so the upstairs was a bit warm but if you kept the windows and sliding doors open you got the sea breeze and we quickly got used to it. The villa is in a gated community with a shared pool that was recently renovated, and it was never busy when we went.
The beach (Mambo Beach) is within walking distance of the house (about 10 min). There is a strip of shops and restaurants there - check out Mood Beach or Berry Bliss for meals.

Overall impression of the property was very clean and ideal location to visit many of the beaches in Curaçao. The owner of the property, Niels, helped me surprise my wife with tarts, champagne, and a note when we arrived. The property manager Mireille was very helpful during our whole stay. They both were informative as to what places to visit while in Curaçao and made the stay very enjoyable. We would definitely go back. Thank you guys for an unforgettable honeymoon.

Perfect huis op prima locatie
Deze woning op La Privada is perfect, op een prima locatie in een rustige buurt. Mooi uitzicht op zee, en je bent zo bij Mambo Beach. Volgend jaar zijn we weer terug!

We had the best time here! The pictures don’t do it justice. The view is wonderful and it takes only a few minutes to drive to Mambo. We never tried to walk because we were always hauling too much. There are so many beautiful beaches in Curacao it isn’t worth worrying about whether only one is close enough to walk to because you will want to be driving to all the others like Kokomo. The owners and managers were wonderful. Niels even made sure I had a mixer so I could make my daughter a birthday cake. They brought us wine for Christmas. If I had to say anything bad it would be the mosquitos. They sprayed on day 2 in the subdivision but it didn’t seem to help. It is a problem on the entire island during the rainy season (that means it might sprinkle for 10 minutes) so it has nothing to do with the house. The mosquitos are so tiny you barely feel them until they get you 30+ times. Mosquito coils and spray are an absolute necessity on the deck but both work well. We are from Wisconsin so normally mosquitos are not scary. Those little devils are a whole new breed.
The upstairs is not air conditioned but the breezes are fantastic and we preferred the lovely breeze over air conditioning so we would probably not have used it. Most of the time we were on the deck anyway. The house is in a gated subdivision with a guard so we always felt very safe. The pool is large and has several nice thatched grass covered areas for picnics. Every time we pulled up to the house my adult kids would say ‘yep mom, you picked the best place on the island’. The master is a dream with walk in closets on either side of the walk in shower. Both of the other rooms are nice and spacious. There is a media room but to tell the truth we never turned the tv on. The upstairs is large and open and the deck is almost as big as the rest of the upstairs with two eating or family game areas. We grilled out several times. The grocery store is about 10 minutes away so we ate several meals at the house, especially breakfast. The kitchen is well appointed. The only two things we missed were a toaster and a microwave. Every meal we ordered in the restaurants were huge so doggy bags often needed re-heating. This is truly the best place on the island with the best owners and managers. They were there for us even when we had silly questions about tipping. The kids already asked us to rebook!

Fijne, ruime woning met 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 met badkamer ensuite en nog een separate 2e badkamer. Extra TV-kamer welke ook nog ingericht kan worden als 4e slaapkamer. Via de woonkamer is een riant overdekte terras bereikbaar net 2 (!) eethoeken.
De woning is gelegen nabij Mambo Beach met de diverse eetgelegenheden en shops.

Met recht een TOP woning
Met recht een topwoning, inrichting is netjes en zeer goed verzorgd. Mooi uitzicht op zee vanaf het grote overdekte buitenterras en veel voorzieningen op korte afstand. Zowel met de eigenaar Niels alsmede de sleutelhoudster Nicole een zeer prettig contact gehad en hebben ons voorzien van vele tips in de omgeving. Een echte aanrader als u op zoek bent naar een luxe villa op Curacao.

Perfect family vacation
We stayed at C View Villa for 11 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer! The place is gorgeous. We loved the decor. The house has everything that you need for an enjoyable stay. Clean, comfortable beds, A/C units in every bedroom, and most importantly the beautiful C View from the terrace! Special thanks for Nicole for the great communication and all her help to make our special day even more memorable for us!

Great house in a perfect location
We stayed in Coral Estates for 5 nights then moved down to C View Villa for another 6 nights. As nice as it looks in the pics - It's better in real life. Its a cool house much different than the styles we see here in the states. It is in a gated community and the guards could not have been nicer greeting us every time we entered and left. We had 2 adults and an 8 year old and had more than enough space. The bedrooms are on the bottom level with the main living upstairs. The outdoor patio was perfect for hanging out at night after being on Mambo BLVD all day. Our daughter quickly found the TV Room where they had every DVD you could possibly imagine along with Apple TV Roku and Netflix. Niels was super responsive as was the care taker of the house Erna. You are close enough to walk to the beach if you wanted to as it was maybe .25 miles but rented a car from D&D Car Rental to drive the island. Jan Theil Beach is close 10 min drive go there and try the Flyboard! lots of fun. Several grocery stores close by and tons of places to eat. Book a reservation at Serafina if you are looking for a nice dinner out - it was our favorite for this trip. Bluefinn Charters is also a must on their 75 foot catamaran the black and white. I would stay here again and would recommend that if you are looking for a place close Mambo stay here.. Thanks again Niels and Erna! I hope to been back soon!

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we drove up to C View Villa. There was ample room for 4-6 people, kitchen had everything you need for cooking, bedrooms were big and comfortable. The gated community was safe and had a wonderful pool. This property is in a great location, very close to historic Willemstad, Mumbo beach and grocery store.
Erna and Niels were very welcoming and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this property to anyone. A truly amazing way to experience and appreciate Curacao!!!

De woning is ideaal gelegen als uitgangspunt om het eiland te verkennen. Het staat in een beveiligd resort, wat een veilig gevoel geeft.

Fantastische woning op prima locatie
Wij hebben drie fantastische weken gehad in het huis van Niels. Uiteindelijk waren we met zes personen, en er was ruimte genoeg voor iedereen. Het uitzicht op zee is perfect, en als we thuis waren zaten we op de veranda. La Privada is een vriendelijk en rustig resort. Vanuit het huis wandel je in 15 minuten naar Mambo Beach. We komen graag een keer terug. En: de ontvangst etc door Erna was bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij.

This home had everything we needed to make our vacation very comfortable.
They lay out and location of this home was exactly what we were looking for. We rented a car to explore the island each day. Willemstad was a short drive and fun to explore with great restaurants. Westpunt was a bit longer drive but worth it for the views and swimming. There were gorgeous rocky cliffs, blue water, and sea turtles. Mambo beach was a very short drive (about 2 min) and has all you need for a great day of relaxation. There are restaurants, and stores right on the beach. Swimming is very nice, all you need is your beach towel. The island of Curacao was a nice getaway and Niels' home made it even better. We enjoyed the island and having this wonderful home to return to each day. Any questions we had during our stay were addressed quickly. Erna even included a map to show us where to go and how to get there. Wonderful place to stay!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit grandioser Terasse
Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns ideal, mit dem Auto viele schöne Stände sowie die Stadtmitte schnell zu erreichen. Bei Fragen wurde uns von den Vermietern immer schnell geholfen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Wunderschöne großzügige Villa zum Entspannen
Ein tolles Haus, großzügig ausgestattet mit allem Komfort, den man sich für den Urlaub wünscht (z.B. Klimaanlage in den 3 Schlafzimmern, toll eingerichtete Badezimmer, Waschmaschine, großer Gasgrill auf der Terrasse etc.). Aber das Beste an der Villa ist der Blick von der Terrasse auf die karibische See. Wir haben dort schon morgens beim Frühstück die Ozeanriesen vorbeiziehen sehen und abends viele Male gegrillt. Zum nächsten Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg, ansonsten haben wir Curacao mit dem Auto erkundet. Wir (5 Erwachsene) haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Ein großer Dank auch an unsere Ansprechpartnerin Erna, die sich total lieb um all unsere Belange und Extrawünsche gekümmert hat!

Großzügiges Haus mit traumhafter Terrasse
Das Haus ist großzügig angelegt und gut ausgestattet. Dreh und Angelpunkt ist aber die riesige Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, großem Gasgrill und gigantischem Blick aufs Meer. Hier die Ozeanriesen morgens einlaufen und abends auslaufen zu sehen ist schon alleine die Reise wert. Das Haus liegt optimal zwischen Willemstad und Jan Thiel und bietet daher kurze Wege. Mambo-Beach ist mit einem kleinen Spaziergang sogar fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit Niels (per E-Mail) und Erna (vor Ort) waren vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr nett und super zuverlässig. Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 6 und 9 Jahre alt) hatte eine traumhafte Woche auf Curacao.

We hebben genoten van onze vakantie op curacao de eerste 2 weken van 2017. Mede door de geweldige villa die we gehuurd hebben. De villa ligt op een afgesloten resort la Privada. Heel gunstige ligging t.o.v. Mambo Beach, Willemstad en Jan Thiel.

Great property!!
This house was even better in person! It is very nicely decorated and was well equipped. Location was very good and close to most everything. Niels met us and gave us a tour of the property along with some local information. He also had us meet Erna who checked us out and was also very helpful. The closest beach (Mambo beach) was less than 5 min walk and was very nice, with many bars and restaurants. Overall a great vacation.
