This was a great house for our Arizona getaway. It had everything we could possibly need ! It was like home away from home. I would totally recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area.

This is the best place we’ve rented in Prescott/Prescott Valley area over the last 5 years. It has plenty of space and the bed in the master BR was very comfortable. It has every amenity you can think of. The shower was great, the kitchen well stocked with necessities and having a garage was an amazing bonus! Visiting in January……is there anything you can do about the weather……..🤔

We thoroughly enjoyed enjoyed our stay at thus VRBO for the 2nd time. It was close to friends and restaurants. If we return to Prescott Valley, we will most likely stay here again.

We had two couples with a trailer, two motorcycles and a truck. The property has a huge double gate to a fenced backyard which we backed the trailer into and locked the gate, put both bikes in the garage and left the truck in the driveway. This property is perfect for two couples as it is close to Prescott, Sedona and Scottsdale, which are the places that we were wanting to ride. Steve could not have been more accommodating as we got stuck in traffic and were later arriving than we had told him, after we got there Steve went through everything so there was no question where extras of everything were kept. The house was clean and completely stocked with all shower and kitchen amenities, we couldn't have found a better place for the weekend! Steve also gave us some scenic roads to ride and a great tip to go through Jerome. Thanks for a great time and we will definitely be back in the spring when the weather warms up!

From the moment we talked to Steve till the time we left Prescott Valley everything was perfect! Steve met us at the house (Casita) and went over every room and the all extra amenities that came along with this beautiful Casita. It was equipped with most supplies you would need to enjoy your stay....Dishes, Cooking Utensils, Spices, Coffee Maker, Crock Pot, Grill, Fire Pit. You will need some of your own supplies but Walmart is less than 5 mins away. Steve even played tour guide to the area and suggested some places to see and food to try....he wasn't wrong on anything! We were centrally located to drive almost 1,400 miles over 5 days to to see some (not all, that's why we will be back) of this counties wonders in this area! The local people were so nice and appreciated that we came to visit their corner of the world. We had a great experience with everything and will definitely be back! Thanks again Steve! This was a great place to stay. My sister and I were very impressed with the place. It was very clean and recently updated. The kitchen and bath were stocked with all the necessities. Quiet neighborhood.

We were greeted by Alan who showed us around the house. This house is extremely clean & well taken care of. There is all sorts of little extras in this home. From wonderful thick towels that actually dry you off, soap, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer in both bathrooms. The kitchen has pots, pans, spices, all essentials you need to cook with down to BBQ utensils. The area is quiet so sleeping is not a problem. Beds were very comfortable oh and both had T.V's in bedrooms (very important for some members of my family). The back yard was amazing BBQ, chairs & table, chase lounge and a 🔥 pit to enjoy. We even had a goodie basket sitting on the counter top when we entered into the kitchen. There was coffee milk in the refrigerator, bottled waters for us to use while exploring Prescott Valley. They have everything from extra pillows, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, towels. We could not of asked for a better place to stay.... We are looking forward to staying next year while working at the dog show. Thank you again for making our stay so special.

Wonderful house. Very well maintained, clean and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. Steve, the homeowner, met us when we arrived and showed us around the house, very nice to know where everything was and how things worked.

This property met all our needs for the week. Would reserve it again.

Clean house and yard. , King bed very comfortable. Owner very communicative and greeted us on each visit. We stay here one week each month of the summer and just love this cozy little place

We were contacted by the property owner several times prior to our visit. He met us at the property at check-in, showed us around, and told us to call him if we had any issues. No issues at all. Plenty of all the things we needed - sheets, towels, condiments, etc. Cable television in the living room and both bedrooms. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The back patio faced east so evenings were pleasant and protected from the sun. The firepit in the backyard was a nice extra. Loved it so much, we booked another week for next month and the month after that - and for another week each month of June, July and August next year.

We had booked another place when we were expecting to travel with two other couples. When I contacted the property owner to say that it would only be my wife and I, she informed me that the property was not available to rent. Monies were refunded and I had to scramble to find another place to stay. This is when I found this location. The house is wonderful! It was great to meet Steve when we arrived and get the tour. This was the first time that this has ever happened with a VRBO. Due to the fires in the area we did not use any of the outside items. The house was missing only one thing that we wanted, a crock pot. No worries, we purchased one and it is now available for your use. That was the only item, outside of food, that we purchased. The house had everything else. If you need a place to stay in Prescott Valley (i.e., the valley), I would recommend this one in a heartbeat! Close to everything! Thanks Steve! The Kruegers

Had a nice weekend relaxing. We were in town for a car show. House felt very comfortable. Loved the condiments and spices. It was nice to not have to bring or buy those. Mattresses are a strange memory foam that were Abita too firm and lumpy for me. But everything else was very nice there.

The casita was spotless, smelled wonderful, and was very neat and tidy. Very thoughtfully appointed with Keurig (many coffees/teas/hot chocolates provided) snack tray, games, many toiletries, kitchen fully stocked with utensils for cooking and eating. Cleanest most well provisioned guest home I’ve ever stayed in! Wonderfully friendly accommodating host. Would stay anytime. Wish they had more places like this with VRBO.

Very clean and quiet. Parking in the garage is a plus. Close to shopping and restaurants , And happend to be close to our UTV rental shop.
