Please 🙏. Parking and television are false. The entire area is a ZTC -you cannot park there. The appartement is on the first floor, up some very steep stairs. The television did not work. I managed to fix the TV only to learn that the remote control was a universal remote incompatible with the TV. (Beware as TV fraud is rampant in Italy - you arriving and only have the TV but not channels because they don't pay. It's a pity that there was not even some basics to cook with (pepper, oil, vinegar, bowls, larger cutting board).

Everything was as expected. We had a wonderful stay.

The apartment is in an excellent location on vibrant Via Cavour close to bus, train, shops and many bars and restaurants (including a very good one downstairs!). The bathroom is very spacious and modern. The kitchen is ok for a short stay. The living room and bedroom are both air conditioned which is great. The windows are double glazed.

The apartment is perfect for a short stay so if that is that is your aim no need to read further. We were staying for a week and were disappointed by the absence of the (advertised) washing machine. The kitchen lacks some basic items that would make preparing meal easier. Otherwise all good!

A clean and well furnished appartment in a very good location, very close to all the restaurants and bars. The host was very friendly, helpful and reachable all the time.

it's not easy to find a parking lot at night but this was expected since we booked an appartment in the city center.

Location

Location is the best and air condition in very good function. So noise from the streets can’t hear at night.

The place of appartment is in very nice historical place with typical Italian atmosphere. The mattresses were great for sleeping, but we (except children :-)) otherwise didnt sleep a lot :-), because place is noisy from 7 a.m. till 1 a.m., but we expected this. We choose the same appartment if we are again in Cagliari. We were really satisfied, we can recomend, if you want to be in the centre and feel real Sardegna.

We only missed the real glasses and there was something wrong with the water drain in the sink in the bathroom, but it wasn't important.
