This is a property with plenty of rooms and bathrooms which is very convenient. The views were fantastic. The hot tub and sauna were used and enjoyed frequently. The sauna wall is coming apart at the corner though. We enjoyed the convenience of Alexa. Overall a nice place on the surface but maintenance is not a priority which becomes apparent and makes you question the price you are paying. Two of the bar stools are going to fall apart if the wrong person sits on them. The downstairs fan blades aren't all screwed in so when we turned it on, it made clunking noises and wobbled. Three of the five upstairs windows, which gets warm because it is the upper level, can't be opened because they're broken. My father actually got out his tools so he could fix the upstairs door since it wouldn't actually close. The towel bar upstairs is broken. The game tables could use some upkeep too. The creaking of the downstairs beds was horrible at night, made it difficult to sleep. Scissors in the kitchen would also be extremely useful. Who doesn't have scissors?! And with that large cleaning fee I wouldn't expect to have to make sure every piece of trash is taken out and all dirty towels are brought to the same bathroom... Also, when we arrived, a window had recently been broken on the first floor and was covered in duct tape, which doesn't seem the safest choice with all of the watch out for bears signs around the place; plus there were still pieces of glass on the floor which my mom cleaned up because when we called no one told us when someone would come to clean it. By the way, I have photos of all of this and saved texts communicating these issues to the rental people where they didn't bother to respond. Communication was pretty good with the rental before we arrived but once we were there and had issues, they weren't the most helpful. To checkout, they want you to call but we were placed on hold with their automated system and we were ready to leave for our 12 hour drive home so I sent a text and locked the place with the code and alarm and didn't hear back for over 30 minutes. Like I said, there was some good and bad but maintenance is definitely not their priority

This cabin is absolutely amazing with something for everyone. Our 5, 8, and 15 year old had plenty to do and plenty of space. The cabin is gorgeous with and indoor outdoor fireplace, as well as fireplaces in 2 of the bedrooms. The kids were able to take up the entire bottom floor, while the adults had plenty of space in the top two floors. On top of that the view from the back porch and hot tub were amazing. Yes, the drive is steep, but not unusual in the smokies and by far, not the worst. We loved this place, and think you will too.

House was very clean. Driveway was steep but worth the incredible views. Family loved being close to downtown Gatlinburg and the house was very comfortable. Kids loved all the games and entertainment us all.

The home is very nice and clean. The check in process is easy. However, we did have several issues including a broken toilet bowl (it was fixed), the hot tub not working and then once it was “fixed” we could not adjust the temperature, as the buttons are worn out, and it was too hot to use, a broken handle on the foos ball table and the “movie theater” TV didn’t work the entire time we were there. Additionally, the internet was very spotty and kept shutting down. The issue with the internet is that every TV in the home is a smart TV and relies on streaming to be able to use it. We were traveling with kids and teens and all of these issues made for some very unhappy kids. Additionally, the road up to the home is extremely steep. We have an all wheel drive car and at times, especially when it was wet, our truck was skidding to get up the incline. I do not recommend this property for anyone who does not have 4-wheel/AWD. I did contact the management company with all these issues and was told someone would call me once we checked out. It’s been 11 days since we checked out and I have not heard from anyone despite emailing again.

The house is beautiful, and us city dwellers got up see a live bear walk between our cars. The house was very comfortable, there was lots of room for all 8 of us and we would definitely consider coming back to that house. Our only issue was the spotty wifi. When we booked there was no mention of this. When we contacted the property manager to fix the issue, someone came promptly and explained the satellite communication in the smoky mountains is spotty at best and weather can be a factor. When we asked, why we weren’t informed prior to booking, they said, because we booked through a third party, this information is not passed on. When we arrived, a very clear list on how the home should be left when we leave was provided. I wish that sort of importance was placed on full disclosure of the technology available.

The cabin was amazing and the management was some of the best I’ve worked with. They called to check in to ask how everything was. The view was breathtaking and conveniently located within 5 mins of downtown. Loved everything about this stay.

This house was amazing. Plenty of room for our whole family, The master bedrooms were beautiful. This house was close to town but yet the views from the balconies you felt you were very far away. Everything was very clean. Great house, great location, great rental company!!!

We loved all the games and room to spread out! House was beautiful and the beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept on… Only downside is the driveway is very steep so it was challenging to get back down with ice on the road. Would absolutely recommend this home and the management company!

This gorgeous cabin allowed our youngest family to keep their infants on the main floor while we also had a gorgeous master upstairs. Don't wait until the last day like we did to discover the porch's fireplace is warm enough to enjoy the amazing view and sunshine on a cold day. Enormous TVs and bathrooms are around every corner on each floor. Large soaker tubs and gorgeous showers are located on several floors. You can dry off in the small sauna outside after finishing in the jacuzzi. If there is a chance of winter weather you will have to have snow tires, possibly chains as driveway slopes tested our priuses' capabilities in dry weather. If you're a chef like my son-in-law you may want to pack a few small specialty kitchen things that you can't live without like an electric grinder. He was amazed that there was plenty of dinnerware, pans, glasses, pots, pans, towels, and linens. I forgot coffee filters for their machine as ours does not require them. This was one of the most comfortable and beautiful cabins we have had the pleasure to share amongst our four families. Above it All had a lit full Christmas tree that previous cabins had claimed they had. When you near this cabin ensure you use Google Maps versus Apple maps or Apple will tell you that you've reached your destination when you're two streets below the cabin. No bears for us as they were likely hibernating at Thanksgiving. We hope to stay here again soon!

My family and I visited Gatlinburg for Labor day weekend. The cabin was well designed and had separate living spaces for multiple family units. The cabin contained multiple entertainment options. The kitchen appliances and pots and pans were above standard in a rental situation. We enjoyed the magnificent view and got visited by a couple of bears.. The only thing I would change is it would be nice if there were cleaning items supplied to wipe down the table and counter when cooking.. It was an awesome trip. I would definitely book again.

We had three couples plus one child, and this property was ideal for us. Three levels - one for each family. Best view on this mountain! The house has of amenities (pool table, video games, air hockey, shuffleboard, and a huge home theater), which made the rainy days pass by well. Back porch is fabulous for sitting and visiting and just enjoying the mountain view. Gas grill is a very nice touch, and we grilled out one evening. Cooking utensils were a bit sparse, but we made do just fine. House is close to Gatlinburg, but not in the middle of the crazy traffic, which is a real plus. A few words of caution: 1. Several reviewers noted the millipedes. This is no joke - we probably crunched several hundred during our week's stay. They didn't bother us, but if you're squeamish about these critters, you need to know they're crawling everywhere in the house. 2. We didn't have a single day that we didn't see a bear perusing our trash can. Once a bear came up on the porch to check out some laundry we'd left on the bench! We saw at least three different bears (different sizes), So you have to watch carefully! 3. Given the bear situation, it'd be nice to have a light that shines out toward the parking area. So, if you need to take a pet out, bring a strong flashlight.
