Pool was not heated

Location great, close to everything. Layout good.

The place was a little worn out. Carpets were mostly vacuumed, they were not clean. Air intakes are so dirty there’s fuss on the grill. Their’s a cabinet door that’s barely attached. The freezer door would not open. I did call management because I had stuff to go in freezer. They showed up next day. I know they are in recovery mode but the carpets were pretty stained. I took pictures

If you don't want the sun to wake you up at 6am or before, bring your own curtains or something to hang over windows. There is not a curtain in the home. That was my only negative. Should be able to black out a room to sleep if desired on vacation. First home we've ever rented that didn't have curtains. Other than that, great home!

Good location

The premises was not as clean as indicated. Bathrooms had mold, one bathroom no stopper for vanity and hinge was loose in one cabinet in bathroom. Home needed some repairs. Only one towel in kitchen, Master bedroom had flat sheets, double size on a kingsize bed. One room looked like sheets had not been changed. Top balcony had two boards that had dropped. Rental agency-Vacasa helped remedied some of these issues.

The open spacious kitchen and living area were great for my large family. Beautiful view from all the back windows and decks.
