We had a lovely stay on Los Alcázares. Our arrival went smoothly, and Glenda was incredibly kind to us. The house itself is great, the two terraces found in the ground floor were wonderful, we spent a lot of dinners there, when the sun went down and the temperature was cooler. We didn't spend much time in the top terrace, since the sun isn't too forgiving up there this time of year. The pool was great, and the area the property is in is wonderful, filled with restaurants and amenities to enjoy. The beach is a 15 minute walk away, and the water is calm and really warm. We do have to mention the cleaning, however. When we arrived, the pots and pans were all due for a cleaning, as well as the glasses, plates and cutlery. We also missed a functioning mop, since both were filled with sand. We were told we were the first guests to stay this year, and this showed in the dust on the cleaning supplies and outdoors furniture. Hopefully this will have been improved to those coming after us. That said, the host provided towels and bed linen (not sheets, but duvet covers that did the job) and the air conditioning was a relief in the hotter days. Given all that, we had a very pleasant stay in the house, and even with the small mishaps, definitely recommend staying at this house.

Lovely accommodation and a relaxing break. The villa is excellently situated for the pool and has a lovely, private front porch. We have stayed at El Divino many times and fully recommend - we keep returning.

This is a perfect holiday house in a perfect location. It suits everyone. The pool is moments from the back patio gate, there is always a sunny and also a shaded patio to cater for all needs and for sun lovers the roof terrace with a constant breeze is perfect. The house has everything a family would need for a very comfortable stay. The air conditioning works well if needed and there is also a lovely breeze that gently blows through the house when the doors and windows are open, keeping it cool and comfortable. We have stayed at El Divino many times and it is a wonderful family urbanisation with two pools that even at the height of summer are never ever too busy. There are pool rules for the comfort and benefit of all groups. These may not suit everyone as they don't allow inflatables, jumping in and and balls etc in the pool. However, as a mixed age group, we appreciated the pool was completely suitable for young and old as it never got too hectic and was very safe. A lifeguard is also on duty as en extra safety measure. We broke our habits and stayed on Albatross last time and were so pleased we returned to El Divino this year. The site is much better and much quieter, with plenty of room to relax by the pool if required. We would highly recommend this site and this property to families and couples looking for a lovely family holiday. I probably would not recommend it as highly for partying groups. Los Alcazares itself has everything needed for a great family holiday. A car is not needed as all the restaurants, shops and beaches are within easy flat walking distance. We hope to return again before too long.

My family stayed in this Townhouse for 2 weeks & had a fantastic time. It has all the amenities needed for a great stay. We especially enjoyed sitting in the front garden enjoying the sunshine after a busy day in the pool. The owner (Marion) helped every step of the way to make hiring a very quick & unstressful process. I can highly recommend this property & will certainly stay there again without hesitation.

We spent a lovely week in this property. We were welcomed by lynn who took us around the house. We had everything we required and wanted for nothing, it was nice and clean and well furnished. It is very well situated for shops and eating places and el divino complex was lovely and the pool was close to the back entrance of the house.You felt very safe around the area when walking home late at night.We would recommend this property to anyone. jeff davies 10-07-17

We enjoyed a lovely week at Casa SnikSnak. The description and photos are accurate. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole duplex is very clean and homely. We particularly liked the roof terrace for the view and the breeze up there and the fact that it was the least overlooked part of the apartment. The complex was very peaceful and well maintained and the pool area was very pleasant, it is in a quiet location but easy walking distance to all amenities and we felt very safe and secure there. The resort was beginning to quieten down after high season and long term winter stays by retired people were beginning. It was so nice to have such an easy, short transfer to and from the air[port and being able to stay in the apartment until evening the night we were leaving was fantastic. All communication with the owner Marion was very efficient and pleasant and Lynne the key holder was most helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Casa SnikSnak to anyone looking for a relaxing, easygoing week in the sun in a comfortable duplex apartment in a very pleasant resort.

We had a lovely week in Casa SnikSnak recently. The property is just as other reviewers have described a home from home. It is spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable. We loved sitting out on the sunny front terrace for breakfast and for drinks before heading out to dinner in the evening. The house is very well equipped and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We made good use of the washing machine and used the washing lines on the roof terrace to dry the washing. The roof terrace also has lovely views out towards the hills and was also a great place to watch the aeroplanes coming in and out of San Javier airport. Just out of the back door of the property is a lovely well maintained garden area with a delightful warm pool which is open from 8am until 10pm and is monitored by a lifeguard which makes it ideal for families with young children. Throughout the process of booking we received excellent communication from Marion and it was great to have Lynn the key-holder just a few doors away for peace of mind. We hired a car and always found a space to park just outside the complex. There are three supermarkets not far from the property and they are exceptionally well stocked. The restaurants and bars in the main square are within easy walking distance and there is a good choice of different types of cuisine to be found. We used Los Alcazares as a base to explore the area and would highly recommend a visit to both Cartagena and Murcia, which are well worth spending some time in. We also took lots of back roads and visited some of the lesser-known villages in the area. The fabulous La Zenia Boulevard is also not to far away by car and we enjoyed our visit there. At the end of our week we really did not want to go home as we had so much that we still wanted to see and do so hopefully we'll be able to return to the lovely Casa SnikSnak some time in the not to distant future.

Il Divino is in easy walking distance of the beach, shops bars and restaurants and makes an ideal base. There is a barbecue at the house and cooking facilities which gives the choice of cooking at home or going out. Overall a great place and I would highly recommend for a family holiday.

14 days of pure comfort in this beautifully furnished "home". The listing was 100% accurate. The villa was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The help provided by both the owner and key holder could not have been better. I would recommend this property as long as not too many people go and not enable us to return.

We had a fantastic 10 days at this property. The description of the house and location are 100% correct. It cost 10 euros from the airport. the house is in avery quiet area and is only a short walk from shops & restaurants. The house itself is really a hoem from home. I would highly recommend it and will definately return.

The patio/verandah at the front was perfect for dining out and nice that there was no traffic. The pool area was nicely kept and pool was lovely and warm and good for kids as gentle slope to go in. We have stayed in Los Alcazares several times now and have never been disappointed with where we stay but we must admit that El Divino just has the edge!

The entire house was clean and comfortable with comfy beds. We spent hours on the big and sunny patio, and the pool area was perfect for our little boy. The local supermarket was less than a 5-minute walk and was a really good size supplying everything we needed. The beatiful beach was only an easy 10-minute walk away and there were plenty of lunchbars and restaurants in the area. The whole family was very happy we can`t wait to go back to Loz Alcazares and this excellent house!

Los Alcasares is a friendly little town. Because of the Mar Menor it is to be recommended for families with small children.(hot waters, and no waves) The apartment (casa snikk snakk) has got a nice personal touch, and the pool area is very well-kept. We have rented this apartment at different time of the year, and can recommend it for all seasons. When It comes to beds and heating the apartment has got Norwegian standard with real “dyne” instead of blankets on the beds. It is overall a very recommendable site for a relaxing Holliday in the sun. .
