communication with the host was very easy and made the experience all that much better

I wasn’t told what apartment I would be staying in or the pin to the key box until I called multiple times asking for help. The check out hours were unclear on the site it said 12am-12am making it seem like anytime was fine when I’m fact there’s was a specific time we had to be out by and would be charged additionally if we weren’t out by that specific time.

cheap with decent quality, close to grocery store but away from any business or tourist area

difficulty checking in, very limited Wi-Fi, some bug problems, noise form neighbors, not recommended for any tourist

The property was comfortable and quiet. Cleanliness would need more improvement as the floors weren’t swept, there was minor leak, and some bugs. These were issues that we were able to resolve ourselves, however, just an FYI for staff so they can prepare well for the next guests :) The location is incredibly awesome as it’s so close to stores, beaches, and some sightseeing spots.

WiFi has slow connection. Cleanliness can improve.
