great view from villa, perfect positioning for quiet and relaxing time

We (two adults and a golden retriever) stayed here in mid-October 2021. The whole area was very quiet and relaxing at that time of the season, and it made it very easy to enjoy the villa and garden. Other commenters have pointed out that some of the appliances and furnishings should be updated...while this is true, we found everything to be functional, and it did not detract from the location and setup of the place. Overall, this was a really lovely and relaxing place to stay!

Amazing view! You have got a bike for guests, location is just in between 2 amazing beaches in Stintino area. Hosts were very helpful and friendly.
If you travel with friends, there is not much to do in the evening in Stintino. But this would be the right choice if you like to spend your holidays relaxing.

The Host was allways reachable. If something was missing, he organized it.
The Host gave good tips for trips or for buying stuffs.
The House was nice to stay with more people. there was two clean baths

We were fantastically welcomed by Marco, who was extremely helpful throughout the stay (he advised on the choice of restaurants, places to see, etc.). The object is beautifully located with a view of the sea. For those who like peace and quiet. The car is rather necessary to go shopping or to the restaurant (walk to the city center about 30 minutes). Excellent kitchen equipment. We felt at home there. Unusual atmosphere of the place.
