location was great! we were a party of three - two single beds and a double were great for our needs. clean, well equipped and more than I could ask for.

noisy! there is a constant low ring from the boiler room that is heard all night and was very unpleasant (in the bathroom this noise was loud).

Dirty on Checkin. Long black hair everywhere. No amenities: no soap, no shampoo, no paper towels, a single roll of toilet paper for 3 guests for 4 days, no tissues, a single towel per bed, no face cloths, no hand towels. Coffee maker broken on arrival and kettle broke after one day.

A jug kettle and several spare vaste bags would be handy!

Excellent location and host. Very nice experience , in the heart of Paris ,many restaurants nearby.

Perfect Location situated in the central of Paris within walking distance of all the main attractions. Plenty of Restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer which meant we could freshen our clothes as we travelled light. To enter the property it was a key code system, so you didn't have to worry about carrying the keys around while you were out and about which was much more convenient. Great for family with young adults who like to watch Netflix, listen to music, as there was smart TV. We found Noelia helpful when we arrived and throughout the stay, keeping us inform on the latest developments, especially at the end when France was on lockdown because of the recent virus situation. it was lovely to come back after a day out and relax in the apartment, we will definitely stay there again.

A clothes horse/airer would be good for clothes that can not be put into the tumble dryer. Instructions on how to use washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, we google a lot of the words with translate, so it didn't cause to much of a problem.
