Entièrement rénové, ce superbe condo sur trois niveaux sur trois étages de Maui Hill offre une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan depuis les deux niveaux, ainsi que tout le confort et la commodité. Vit comme une résidence plutôt que comme un condo, sans murs communs et sans personne au-dessus - cette unité occupe tout l’étage. Tous les nouveaux meubles, lits, appareils électroménagers et tout le reste sont neufs. Situé dans l'extrême sud de Kihei, juste en face de deux des plus belles plages de Maui: la plage de Keawakapu (google it!) et la plage de Kamaole III. Cette unité est située au deuxième étage du bâtiment K du Maui Hill Resort. South Kihei abrite les plages les plus spectaculaires de Maui et constitue un rêve pour les sports nautiques et les amateurs de soleil. Ce côté de l'île a sans aucun doute le meilleur climat et la disposition la plus ensoleillée de toutes les îles hawaïennes - c'est vraiment un paradis.

Cet établissement se trouve à un pâté de maisons de Wailea et à moins de 5 minutes de tous les complexes de Wailea - idéalement situé pour les mariages. Contemporain et confortable avec une capacité de huit personnes, le Maui Hill présente les plans d’étages les plus vastes de tous les appartements en location de vacances à Kihei. Toutes les commodités sont couvertes, y compris une énorme télévision intelligente HD de 70 pouces avec barre de son. Stations d'accueil / chargeurs USB, Bluetooth, œuvres d'art locales originales, téléviseurs 32 "dans chaque chambre et laveuse-sécheuse dans l'unité. Regarder les becs de baleine de deux lanais. En saison, écoutez le chant de la baleine en plongeant vos oreilles sous la surface. Surfez à quelques rues au nord, à The Cove. Avec une douzaine d'excellents restaurants, allant d'une cuisine raffinée à une cuisine locale décontractée, à quelques pas, la colline de Maui est l'un des meilleurs endroits du sud de Maui.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour la préparation et le service pour huit personnes (avec une table à manger rare de 8 places). Les alizés traversent à merveille ce coin, cette unité de bout, avec les vastes portes lanai à la fois en haut et en bas et de nombreuses fenêtres. Léger, lumineux, aéré et ouvert, l’appareil est également équipé de ventilateurs de plafond et de climatisation.

Les chambres présentent de beaux meubles en bois sculptés à la main importés de Bali. Deux Cal-Kings (avec plus de 600 feuilles de nombre de fils) et des jumeaux pouvant être configurés comme un roi sur demande préalable sont dotés de matelas et de literie de qualité.

The first place we were had a lot of issues but luckily Vacation Maui helped us out and moved us into a different unit that was a lot better. Made the vacation a lot nicer!

Can't recommend this place highly enough! We stayed with our family of 7 (two adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 12 to 1), and there was plenty of space. The location was perfect with short walks to two beaches and an easy drive to the rest of the island. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Property was nice enough and a nice size for our family. Great location and beautiful view from back lanai. Description of the property was not completely accurate. There was one large lanai, not two. The smaller one would accommodate a couple people. It was described as immaculate but the carpet needs to be replaced, and paint and plumbing need attention. Some details need addressing like broken beach chairs. There were only five place settings, not eight which was less than our party of six, and the kitchen was missing other basic tools needed for making meals. Overall, it was a great place to return to after daily excursions and a little TLC would have made it more functional for our family.

This property was exactly as expected from the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen was well-stocked, even though we really didn't use it to cook. We took full advantage of the beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and even snorkels that were available for us to use. It was nice to have a full washer-dryer available if we wanted to wash a load of laundry before leaving. The lanai was lovely for enjoying morning coffee and chatting. The beds were comfortable, but could use some firmer pillows for our liking. Our biggest suggestion for the owner is to have a full-length mirror in the unit so that we could use it while getting ready. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay. Also, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were very impressed with this condo! It was neat and clean when we arrived. The check-in process was easy and clear. The folks at the front desk folks were helpful and the property manager specifically for the condo we communicated with were quick to respond to any questions or requests, and very accommodating. The condo is open and spacious. Location is excellent as it is in the middle geographically between a lot of beaches and activities, and not far from any of them. While it is not directly on a breach, there were so many great beaches within a short drive, we didn't feel that was a downside. Highly highly recommended.

As a previous timeshare owner in Maui, this was the first time I had to actually "find" a place to stay for my family of 5, including my wife's family and 88 year old mother-in-law. In my opinion we lucked out with this Maui Hill unit. The resort itself is clean, low-key, and located right across the street from a decent snorkeling beach. Great walking/jogging path north towards Kihei, or south towards Wailea. You are very short drive to shops at Wailea or tremendous restaurant options in Kihea. The unit itself is upstairs, but just two easy flights up wood steps. The keyless/code entry into front door makes it easy, as long as you don't forget the code. The condo has different furnishings than the timeshare units and some extras left by the owners. Good A/C, and we definitely needed it, in the main living room and upper and lower bedrooms. We easily had our 3 kids sleeping on pull-out couch and blowout mattress (15,20,23) at night which allowed adults to use the bedrooms. Good for parking older people downstairs in bedroom with twin beds, upstairs bedroom if you really crave privacy, downstairs master. Nice deck for morning coffee with garden and Molokini views. Pool and hot tubs clean - but be careful because you need a key to enter or exit, which is understandable, but tough logistically when there is only 1 key. Parking at property was never an issue and it was full at Spring Break. Other nice perks - coffee and coffee filters provided, good fridge and freezer space for your post Kahului Costco run, beach chairs/towels/kids snorkeling gear/rolling cooler ready to go and we used all of them. Some of beach chairs need to be replaced they have been well used. Great laundry setup and some detergent there as well. Basic kitchen needs there in case you need salt, pepper, other spices. All kitchen items pretty much covered - you could essentially cook in every meal if you weren't on vacation and wouldn't lack for equipment. Finally, TV's are great but you need to pay close attention to printed instructions or you have trouble using them. That or bring along at 15 year old to decipher for you. Make sure you are clear on Wifi access. Finally this property has a great vibe and I would strongly consider returning if I rent again on Maui. Very close to Wailea beaches and people are nice and down to earth.

Eight of us enjoyed this beautiful but comfortable condo for 7 nights in February this year. It was the first 'destination' vacation with my adult sons and their young families, and first plane travel for the children aged 3, 4 and 6. Each family had their own room with bathroom, and the two little girls shared the pull-out couch at night. Everyone felt like they had their own space. The kitchen was well equipped - only complaint was that the toaster was on its last legs and didn't work well. Also provided were ampble beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and cooler etc. We watched humpback whales from the large lanai every morning and late afternoon which was really fantastic! The walk to the pool was a short one, and not long before the kids knew the way. It was also well cared for, with lots of lounge chairs and tables in the shade. The kids swam their hearts out. The runners/walkers in our group enjoyed mornings following the road and beaches towards Kihei town, or into Wailea. When our flight was delayed 10+ hours due to snowstorm at home, the property managers were quickly able to extend our stay an extra day for the same per/day price in my original agreement, so we were able to enjoy an extra day in Maui. Overall a wonderful, memorable experience. Mahalo!

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms gave everyone privacy. We loved the large deck with a view that is priceless! We didn’t want to come home!!! Any issue that we had was responded to virtually immediately through the app/website, and service that day. Beach chairs provided, beach towels, etc., provided - which was a nice plus. Air conditioning worked flawlessly, once repaired after 1 day… THANKYOU for providing our family with a great property, great location- and we would love to come back one day!!!
