L'aménagement paysager luxuriant autour de ce niveau du sol de la Floride chalet crée une retraite tropicale. La cour arrière clôturée est un espace privé idéal pour le café du matin ou après-midi cocktails. Quelques marches jusqu’au pont supérieur vous donnent accès aux vues sur le golfe et le son. Le détroit se trouve à moins d’un pâté de maisons au nord et la plage du front du golfe, à cinq minutes au sud.

Very comfortable home, kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Large back yard is securely fenced for dogs to enjoy. The only suggestions would be to put door on master bedroom for privacy and add a couple of chaise lounge chairs to the backyard to soak up the sun!

Great location, comfortable and roomy property. Suggest periodic emptying of ice maker, it was frozen over and ice dispenser not working and moisture collecting around door and on floor. I finally got it loose and emptied it and that seemed to resolve problems.

It’s in a good location but the house needs a lot of upkeep. It’s not as nice as the photos suggest. The blankets and sofa also weren’t very clean (dog hair and trash in the sofa cushions). The biggest plus was the fenced in yard which we needed for our dogs. They also failed to mention that construction was going on directly across the street where beach access was. Not cool. It was noisy and unpleasant. That should’ve been disclosed. Price was too high for what you get.

We loved the location of this property - close to the beach and the restaurants. However, the inside of the property was clean enough for us to tolerate but we disinfect the surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms before we settled in. The floors were not clean and my wife found dog hair on one of the mattress covers - we washed the bed sheets for that bed. The refrigerator had a foul smell to it.
As for the outside, the landscaping looked great but the exterior of the property including the deck needs some work. If we received assurances that the property will undergo a deep detail cleaning on the inside and the outside issue will be remediated, then we might stay here again.

Easily walk into town as well for morning breakfast or to do a little shopping. In the summer a trolley stop is a few blocks away. We were there for the Blue Angels homecoming show. The elevated patio was a perfect spot to watch the action. The Blue Angels flew right over our heads!
There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. Beach toys are provided for the little ones. Plenty of outdoor setting for a family bbq.
The management was very friendly. I would rent this house again.

The post-Covid crowds did not deter our crew from enjoying the beach, restaurants and walks along the n’hood of homes. Our pups love the yard and we love the view, the comfort and the care of the house. Paradise
Good location. Yard could use attention. Grill is not usable . Had to remove fish smell from fridge. Should check AC filters. Also inform renters of keeping up with rodent traps within the unit.

Great for family and pets!
Overall, a great place to stay. Plenty of room for our family and dog and a perfect fenced in backyard. Easy access to Gulf, access to Sound and short walk to nearby restaurants- and because of the pandemic, we learned that door dash delivers from several places to this house. The check in process was kind of a pain, but it was the 4th of July and LOTS of people were checking in - super busy! When we arrived at our house, there was a bag of linens on one of the tables (I’m guessing housekeeping accidentally left it) as well as a load of used towels in the washing machine. Owners might want to consider a new gas grill, as the current one is in poor condition. Other than that, the house was clean and comfortable. We’d stay there again without hesitation! Our family had a great week!!!

This isn’t my first stay at the cottage, I absolutely love this house. It’s so private, the private yard is so nice. The home is so very cozy, it’s like being home. It’s kept so well, very nice kitchen, and baths, comfortable beds, and right in the middle of the gulf and sound side. Close to some nicer restaurants

This is a great place! Comfortable and cozy and in a quiet location.
We had a great time here. The house was clean and comfortable. The only thing I recommend is to rid the back yard of the oleander plants, (Warning: oleander is every where 😬�), which are deadly poisonous to dogs. I always kept an eye on our dogs when outside. For young pups this may be an issue. Other than that, everything was really nice and we had a wonderful stay.
