Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht alle meine Wünsche zu erfüllen. Mir wurde das komplette Fahrrad-Gepäck aufs Zimmer und am nächsten Tag auch wieder runter getragen. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und auch weitere Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Man merkt, dass man hier sehr bemüht ist, sich einen guten Ruf zu erarbeiten. Sie sind damit auch auf einem guten Weg.
Eine Unter- oder Einstellmöglichkeit für mein Fahrrad hätte ich mir noch gewünscht. Die Räder im Freien auf dem Hof abzustellen, ist mit Sicherheit keine langfristige Lösung.

Close to be able to visit the imposing Villa Hügel (formerly the Krupp family home). Pleasant town (suburb of Essen) in easy walking time of the hotel.
Best not to pick a Monday night: virtually every restaurant is closed. Not the fault of the hotel!

They were willing to make me breakfast a lot earlier than they usually have breakfast as I had to leave early. Really appreciated that. It is in a great location close to all the shops and amazing restaurants.
Their breakfast times are not ideal for people who are there on business and need to have an early start.
