Great Beach house! We will definitely stay there again!!!

We had an amazing week in Ormond Beach. The house was absolutely perfect! Mr. Jim has the house fully equipped with all the things you could possible need. It was so clean, comfortable and cozy. The beach was perfect and it’s such an easy little walk to the sand. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️

We all had a wonderful time! Jim did an amazing job making sure we were comfortable. He had put together a binder that had information about nearby places, manuals for some of the items in the house to use, etc. He checked in with us and asked us what he could do differently to make the place better. Honestly, you cannot do much to make this place better! We will definitely be renting from him again!

The house was perfect in every way…very clean, close to groceries, gas, shopping etc and stocked with absolutely everything you may need. View and proximity to the beach is unbeatable. Jim and Melanie were great hosts and we can’t wait to go back.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property Jim and his wife are so wonderful. The neighbors are so kind. The view is spectacular. The accommodations are just perfect. You don’t need anything literally even though I brought more than I should’ve now I know I will be back just amazing. Thank you so much.

This was a great stay! Jim was so accommodating and everything we could need for a great beach day was right there! We made such wonderful memories! We were just steps from the beach and the view every morning was breathtaking! Can’t wait to return!

You couldn't ask for a better location or house. The House had everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect. Everything you need at your fingertips, nothing has been forgotten, the host is amazing. He truly wants to make sure your stay is perfect. Plenty of supplies for the house as well as the beach. All you have to do is show up and enjoy!

You cannot find a better place to stay than this cozy beach cottage. It has a million dollar view and all you need to do is step outside and you are on the beach. It is the best of both worlds- the quiet of a residential area and close to the excitement of Daytona Beach! I highly recommend this place - the owners are fantastic people and we enjoyed our stay!

Where to start...we only do VRBO for vacations and I will say, this is the most thought out property. Everyone states, just bring your toothbrush, but Jim means it. The view is awesome and it is literally steps to the beach. The fenced backyard was great for our little dog. Jim contacted us to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Jim for the perfect home to make our vaca great.

Our time at the beach cottage was fantastic! The location is such a gem for beach lovers like ourselves. Waking up to the view out the large front windows makes you feel like you are directly on the beach. Jim was a great attentive host, always quick to respond to a text or call prior to our arrival. We had no issues during our stay but I'm confident he would have rectified anything swiftly. We also appreciated being so close to Bicentennial Park and its great dog park. Be sure to check it out while vacationing with your fur family. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

What a wonderful host, cottage and location. Our communications with the owner were always prompt, pleasant and helpful. A comprehensive binder with all the details on the Cottage Unit, Restaurants and Things to Do in the area has been put together by the owner. Based on personal experience, take the time to check it out. So many questions you are answered! We could not have asked for more with the this rental. Upon arrival the first thing you see is the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. There is a big deck with nice deck chairs and side tables. The view is exactly as described. The sunrises over the ocean were stunning. The sounds of the waves so soothing. This same view is just inside the front door with large picture windows. The inside of the unit has such a great beach vibe decor. It is obvious that the inside of the unit has been upgraded. The furniture, appliances, TV's and other entertainment items are great. Many are nearly new. It has a very well equipped kitchen with most anything you could possibly need and more. There are so many extra's available that are included, including beach chairs, fishing poles, beach toys, umbrellas, and a beach cart to carry everything down all for the guests to use. The beach itself is private. Limited to those living (or vacationing) there. Many of the local points of interest, activities, restaurants, and stores are all just a short drive without leaving the barrier island. So convenient. You will not be disappointed in this vacay rental. It was fantastic.

We had an excellent week at Jim's property at Ormond Beach. He was a pleasure to work with and it was very nice to meet both him and his wife. The cottage is 1950 on the outside (but in a good way) and 2020 on the inside. The spare bath is the stereotypical pink and green. The master bath is an oasis of stone and stainless. The living area is open with the kitchen which is well stocked. While this is a 2nd row home, your ocean view through the wall to wall front room is absolutely beautiful. I can not express how impressed we were with the owners. Our questions were promptly answered and I'm sure, if we had had any problems, they would have been taken care of immediately. The home is centrally located and is an easy drive or walk to anything that you may need. We wholeheartedly recommend this location and hope to make this visit an annual trip.

This is a perfect cottage on the beach! There was only my wife and I, and our dog. The living/dining/kitchen is open floorplan and surprisingly large, with picture window looking out to the beach. Thankyou to Jim and Melanie, who are the perfect hosts and attend to every detail.

The house was clean and well appointed. Location is great as it’s so close to the beach yet convenient to stores and restaurants. The beach chairs, towels and shade for the beach were great! We’ll stay here again!

It was a wonderful, beautiful stay!!. The ocean views were exceptional, the sea sounds relaxing and tranquil. The wife loved drinking her coffee daily out on the patio! The home was so cozy! Cute beach theme. It had everything you need as far as amenities was just like home! The host was friendly and hospitable and gifted us with a bottle of regional wine on the table when we got there which was an unexpected gift! We enjoyed that while listening to the waves n watching the sunset. Great way to unwind! The host was extremely helpful with our questions and even met with us during our stay to see how we were enjoying/enjoyed the stay! He even included a great binder with the amenities in or around the house, local things to do, eateries and recreational activities.. even a section on past guest notes & pictures which was cool to see! We Loved the beach it was beautiful and the water warm. My kids loved shell hunting, night crab hunting, looking for lizards & frogs. We all enjoyed the sunrises n sunsets...even a few spectacular lighting/thunder rain storms! Even our dogs enjoyed having a yard to run in because where we live they don't have that luxury. Great job! We will more than likely come again for vacation if we can!

The owner, Jim was absolutely wonderful in making our stay the perfect get away. You can't find a more convenient location for the beach and the two bed two bath bungalow was well appointed. I would definitely stay again.

We've always stayed in really nice direct beachfront resorts, and we've been to Ormond several times and we've always stayed in that area. So now that we've found our home away from home this will be where we will stay anytime we visit Ormond. Thanks to the Winton's.

We were just steps off the beach with solitude, peace, and relaxation but only a few minutes away from sites, restaurants, shopping, etc. We weren't looking for theme parks and outside that, this house had everything else. Our gracious host was very thoughtful and accommodating. We definitely want to go back!
