Great breakfast. Everything was available in the fridge and kitchen, and we could have our breakfast as we wanted.

Lovely place, close from the train station and about 15 min walk from the old town. The house is cute, well equipped. Large choice of food for breakfast with extra courtesy from our host (We had lovely croissants on our last day). The host is really nice, reactive and thoughtful. We had a great time here

The host was very accommodating and created unforgettable living conditions - fantastic breakfasts, all the necessary things in the apartment and suggested the best places to visit. Thanks for this wonderful weekend! the best place in Siracusa

We stayed two nights. Host Gianna was perfect with taking care of the guest. Especially the guesthouse was excellent and beautiful in preparation for everything such as breakfast and drinks. The guest house is just 10 minutes' walk to the old city of Ortizia. Car parking was easy following Gianna's guide. I strongly recommend this house in Syracuse.

Nice house in quite road with well selected decent decoration and furnished with the necessary amenities for the stay. Very clean.
Gianna, the host is very friendly and helpful. Great thanks to her hospitality and caring of her guests. In the morning we got surprised by nice local breakfast pastries. The recommended restaurants met also the expectations.

Gianna was an excellent host, she provided us all the information about the city.
The place was clean and we had plenty of food for the breakfast. She gave us some typical and delicious sweets.
It is very good located, close to everything you need to see.
we could park our car very close to the apartment.
We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Siracusa.

The owner Gianna was very supportive
The flat is newly restructured and fitted with authentic Sicilian furniture, and fully taken care of, cleanliness is as expected
Cozy home feeling, especially advised for those willing to cook at home and seeking some more space inside
Matrass was covered with a plastic foil underneath the sheets, normally not used in hotel accommodations, and quite annoying
Some nice to know information, not clear from the description:
- the breakfast is thought for self preparation, with toaster - nespresso and fruits in the fridge, no fresh croissant nor cappuccino, tough abundant meal with welcoming Arancini was provided
- no room tidy up in case of several days stay, tough provides more privacy
- mainly interior leaving, only exterior space patio is planned for cleaning and hanging clothes
- location is ca. 15 walk from center Ortigia, streets are wild and oft not taken care of, tough easy parking

We really enjoyed our stay here. The equipment was superb and included things we didn't expect but came in handy, like bag and towels for a beach. We were nicely surprised by the generosity of the food left for us in the fridge.

A very nice host and a very tasty apartment. There where all kind of extra's, like special Sicilien cake and wine. We enjoyed our stay very, very much.

Host was amazinf she gave us instructions for everything and she welcomed us when we arrived. The house is sparkly clean and the fridge is full of food for breakfast! Bed super comfortable and quality sheets! Ill be back again!
