Utsikt til sjøen, utenfor Bariloche sentrum, nærhet til nasjonalparken

Ingen aircondition, umulig å sove med 27 grader på rommet. Ikke mulig å ha vinduene åpnet om natten pga svært trafikkert vei rett utenfor. Vi måtte bestille et ekstra rom pga svært ubehagelig sovesofa på stuen til datteren vår.

wow what a great location and deal! safe, amazing view, large room with separate bedroom, huge bathroom, nice kitchenette, and living space. Gated hotel with parking, awesome breakfast, and chic modern style. perfect value

everything was great, the room, facilities and spa. staff super kind!

Spacious rooms and good location. Had not shopped for a kitchenette, but found useful. Bath products were great. Lobby and secure property were terrific.

Moldy bathroom. Dingy and ratty linens. Everything had an up charge. There is a kettle but you had to pay for tea bags to be placed in room. My “superior” view of the lake consisted of a 4 story construction site and trees, overlooking the kids’ playground. Very, very loud. Along the road and other guests in breezeway. Old and unclean dishes. Had to wash yourself or pay more to have them washed. Spotty Wi-Fi. Tried to charge me for water that was never placed in the room to begin within.

There were loud barking dogs that were just outside the windows. They tried to say they had no control over this. We left and the hotel would not even consider a partial refund. My bank took care of the issue. This place and staff only want your $$$$ sad to say - cannot recommend at all.

Anything would have been better!! No help and not quiet with dogs barking all day and night.
