No cold water in upstairs bathroom sink. Small double door at top of stairs wouldn’t stay open on the side with a handrail Stairs were so steep and hand rail started after small double door. No handrail on both sides of stairs until you make it to bottom of stairs. Hand rail for stairs was absolutely filthy. House was constantly full of bugs flying around with no idea how they kept coming in! Sliding back door would not lock, had to use the provided stick to lay on the track to secure it. Screws missing from the handrail to go upstairs. Was not stated that stairs were soo steep, my parents couldn’t go up them. Bottom of bbq pit is rotted out. Pictures of creek were not on the property but up the creek on someone’s else property. No chairs by the creek as shown in pictures. No water in creek on property, even though it shows water. Should have updated the pictures or told incoming guests the river/creek situation! Sign outside the entrance gate stated that renters who left the property were violators entering private property! Missing outlet cover where video game was to plug in. Outlet in floor weren’t securely bolted down. Home is much older looking from the outside. Home seemed like a construction project between rentals. Vent in half bathroom didn’t work. Towel racks in upstairs bath was missing and hole is left exposed. Ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom wobbles so bad and made lots of noise when on high. Most horrendous and annoying box spring noise on all 4 of the upstairs beds that you have ever heard! The sound was like rolling over on crunching bones each time you moved on the bed! Our 4 month old grand baby couldn’t sleep in his bassinet due to the bed noise! Rental was definitely not worth the 500 dollars a night with all the problems listed.
