Great place which looks exactly the same as ahown on the photos. We enjoyed wonderful time at the pool and at the BBQ area. It was not too hot due to the trees around the house. It was very quite and contrary to the popular oppinion that Kasandra is bussy it was very calm (even better than Sitonia). The beach is 8 minutes walk away from the house. It has a huge shallow part which is great for kids. Also there is a turtle bay at the beach which was very exciting for the kids. At the end of June there was phytoplankton which glows at night. Mr. Triantafilos was very kind and helpful and help us with everything both for the house, but also outside (gave us info on fresh fish market, great restaurant, place where we bought locally produces olive oil. Overall great experince.

The place was so nice that we didn't want to go to the beach.

Well organized, plenty of storage space, nice design, bountiful garden, swimming pool and terrace.

This fantastic Villa is located in a very quite place among pine trees just 400 meters away from the wild but very clean and nice beach, although you need to climb up the hill and then go down, which is a good exercise. Villa is ideal for two families travelling together or maybe one large family with many kids, as it has two separate houses, each having bedrooms and kitchens. One house has a full size well equipped kitchen and another one a small kitchenette. There is also a nice large private swimming pool belonging to this villa. They cleaned it every morning during our stay. Cleaning company also cleaned both houses and changed linens and towels after of our stay. Villa has several zones to relax including a pool house with a large table great for having fun together with your family or friends. We had a lot of fun there:-) Overall, I believe this was one of the best villas which I rented during the last 10 years and we will definitely come back again.
