Superbe appartement de 2 chambres situé à seulement 150 mètres du port d'Estepona. Ce bel appartement contient 2 chambres, une avec un lit double et placards et la seconde avec 2 lits simples, les deux chambres ont un accès direct à une petite terrasse et les jardins communautaires. Vous trouverez également 2 salles de douche modernes (1 salle de bains), salon / salle à manger, cuisine et terrasse principale du salon et wifi gratuit. Lit de voyage disponible sur demande. La communauté fermée dispose d'une piscine de bonne taille avec accès handicapés, et une piscine séparée pour les enfants, un parking communautaire sécurisé (sur un 1er arrivé 1er servi avec un parking gratuit situé juste à l'extérieur de la communauté s'il n'y a rien à l'intérieur). L'appartement est à distance de marche de toutes les commodités, des supermarchés aux nombreux bars et restaurants dans le port et à seulement 20 minutes à pied du centre de la ville.
Seulement 25 minutes en voiture de Marbella, Estepona est une belle ville avec des rues pavées traditionnelles, des églises, des plages et des bars de plage / chiriguitos ainsi que de nombreux autres restaurants et bars à tapas pour une bonne soirée. Estepona a son marché hebdomadaire tenu tous les mercredis près du port avec tout de produits locaux pour les vêtements de bébé. Le port d'Estepona offre un large éventail de bars et de restaurants ainsi que le marché du dimanche matin.
Pour les clients qui se sentent un peu plus aventureux, il ya beaucoup de voyages d'une journée disponibles à prendre dans la région, de visiter Ronda en train de traverser la Gibraltar Strings à Tanger. Pour ceux qui louent une voiture, Estepona est un point de départ parfait pour un certain nombre de voyages d'une journée; Malaga (environ 1 heure), Séville (environ 2. 5 heures), Gibraltar (45 minutes), Tarifa (1. 5 heures), Grenade (2 heures) et beaucoup plus d'options.
Pour les golfeurs, il y a un grand nombre de terrains de golf dans la région avec le plus proche étant Valle Romano seulement 15 minutes en voiture à la limite d'Estepona de l'appartement et Estepona Golf 20 minutes à l'ouest.
L'appartement / la communauté est adapté aux fauteuils roulants mais l'accès à la salle de bain est limité dans l'appartement.

Andrew’s apartment is just as advertised. It’s very clean and well stocked. There is a welcome packet that tells you everything you need to know which I found very handy. Having two outside spaces is great, you can sit in the sun pretty much anytime of day. It is very close to restaurants, grocery stores and the Marina.
One word of caution….as the building is located on a major street the traffic noise is loud and constant. It does take away from the ability to enjoy the outside spaces. The walls are also quite thin and the sounds from next door and above carry.

Have visited Estepona before but never the port area. Although about 1km from the town, the port area was very nice with plenty of friendly bars and restaurants. The walk into Estepona was also straightforward. The local buses don't seem to come to the port area any more. Maybe because of the re-development in progress along the sea front. But this was not a problem for us, we didn't mind the walk. The apartment was perfect for us, a good location for the port area and also near to supermarkets and taxis. We enjoyed our stay for the week and would certainly consider a return in the future.

We have stayed in many and varied apartments around the “ port”,l have to say this was the best !
Clean, well furnished, and with front and rear terraces, the sun or shade were available all day.
The car parking was a bonus .
Hopefully we will be booking again soon.

This property is in a great location with the marina a 5 minute walk away and the old town of Estepona just 20 minutes along the pedestrian sea front. The living area of the apartment is fairly compact but that didn't bother us as we spent most of our time outside or on the two patios. The bedrooms were both large with plenty of storage space and having 2 shower rooms is always a bonus! The swimming pool was 30 seconds away! I would definitely recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again if I return to Estepona.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, cerca de supermercados y la playa. La piscina es suficiente. Un lugar tranquilo y muy agradable. Dispone de todo lo que se pueda necesitar. La cocina está muy bien surtida y el apartamento es muy cómodo y el trato con Andy, nuestra persona de contacto ha sido muy bueno.

Comfy and convenient
We really enjoyed our stay in Andy’s apartment. It’s really comfortable and convenient for everything Estepona has to offer. Great to have parking on site, the car park was only full once and there was plenty of parking just outside the gate. With two terraces you can either chase sun or shade depending on your wishes. The communal pool is close by and was a welcome relief from the heat. Andy was a great host, communication was excellent and he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Overall I’d recommend this two bed apartment.

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Any questions were answered by Andrew within minutes on the app.
Nice place and very clean. Had a wee problem of the sink in a bathroom running away slowly. Andrew was there within half an hour to get it sorted.

Good location
The apartment is close to everthing you need. The port is 3 minutes walk and the beach is like 5-10 minutes. The cleaning equipment is very poor but the apartment had everything you need.

Cómodo y bien ubicado.
Es la segunda vez que vamos. Es un apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. Muy como y cerca de la piscina. La terraza es ideal para desayunar y cenar.

Short break
My teenage daughter and one of her friends stayed for 5 nights in this fabulous apartment. The apartment is easily the best I’ve stayed in in Spain and is located a 5 minute walk from Estepona Port with it’s restaurants and shops. The owner Andrew could not have been more helpful, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our all to short stay.

Well worth visiting
Great location. Lovely apartment. Lived up to it's description. Pool and surroundings were excellent. 1 small gripe. Did not get the full apartment address and had some trouble locating it at 12 o'clock midnight. Would definitely consider re-visiting.

Location, location, location
You can't beat the location of this lovely little apartment. It was clean, modern and fit our needs perfectly. It's a stones throw from the port and a short walk into the town. It has 2 private patio areas, one in the front and one at the back. Perfect !

Good location and nice pool......
A very comfortable and clean apartment in a very good location to the Marina. However, only 5 euros in a taxi to the Old Town. Andrew very kindly agreed to meet us at the apartment after a disappointment with our previous accommodation which was double booked. Pool area is very clean and quiet, you need your own towels for the pool area / beach.

Great location
This is a lovely apartment, just 5 mins walk from the marina and a large selection of restaurants. The apartment is well equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely. There are two beaches both about 10 mins walk from the apartment. Thank you to Donna and Andrew at JAG for looking after us during our stay.
