Si vous décidez de marcher dans ce quartier, vous verrez une grande variété d'arbres et de plantes, de nombreuses maisons ont un aménagement paysager unique. La maison d'hôtes est au deuxième étage et a sa propre entrée et est privée, séparée de la maison principale par une petite cour. Vous ne verrez pas le propriétaire sauf en passant et à moins que vous ayez une question ou besoin de quelque chose. La cuisine est équipée avec toutes les bases. J'ai mis des condiments là pour votre commodité, moutarde, ketchup, sauce piquante, sel et poivre, huile de cuisson, des choses que vous ne voudriez pas acheter pour quelques jours de vacances. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse juste à côté de la cuisine pour votre usage. Savon à lessive fourni. J'ai 2 vélos disponibles pour les invités. Il y a une petite place de parking en face de la porte de la maison d'hôtes, mais seulement pour les voitures de taille moyenne ou compactes. La rue est à seulement 2 maisons de votre porte d'entrée et vous pouvez vous y garer si vous arrivez en voiture.

Really enjoyed the neighborhood. Loved the walkability...especially necessary because of all the amazing food we ate and beer and cocktails we drank. Having built in exercise!

We stayed in Sunny St. Petersburg because we were transitioning from California to Florida and waiting for our new home to finish construction and close. This was the perfect place for us. It had everything we needed during our stay and Pat was an awesome host. Our dogs loved the neighborhood walks and we loved how close it was to everything St. Pete has to offer. We had some construction issues with our new home that we were working through and Pat came through for us and worked with us to stay a few additional days while we sorted things out. It was a great stay and we'd stay again should the need arise.

I was in town for the excellent annual Sunscreen Film Festival. Film fests can lead to some very long days and nights, and downtown St. Petersburg's party atmosphere can be wonderful but not conducive to restf. This rental just a bit removed from downtown was perfect - well-furnished, quiet, and comfortable. I slept better than I sleep at home and, even though I didn't need things like the included washer/drier and full kitchen, it was so reassuring to see them there. Hosts gave clear instructions to get me there and even provided flexibility on my check-in time which was so appreciated. Absolutely worth it.

The shower water temp barely reached anything comfortable, pots and pans were not usable (we bought some) and the unit needed a really good cleaning. Very clean and large property. Quiet back street. Parking is tight but we managed with a 4-door standard sedan. 5 minute drive from main visitor sites (museums, restaurants, stores). It is in a lovely, very walkable neighborhood.

recommend driving a truck or SUV you won't fit. The bed was comfortable but the over head ceiling fan was very noisy. Spacious bathroom but the shower head needs an upgrade. No water pressure and the stopper to get the shower flowing would close all of the way. Pat was very attentive before our arrival. He texted the great directions directly to me way in advance of our stay and met us with the key at arrival. I would stay again for a weekend if the minor details are addressed.

The location is superb, just a few blocks from Central Avenue and all of the galleries, restaurants, etc. Not very far from Tropicana Field.
The quarters are spacious and charming.
The steep stairs would create a problem for some, but were easy for us and we are not athletes.

Nice, convenient
This apartment was conveniently located to Tampa Bay and restaurants. It’s in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen is minimally equipped but adequate for breakfast and lunch. Nice having a washer and dryer.

Great Place in a Great Location!!!
My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience!!! It was the perfect location to stay for us because we wanted to visit the surrounding beaches in the area. It was about a 25-30 minute drive to Tampa and a 25-30 minute drive to Treasure Island, Pass-a-grille, Fort Desoto, and several other beautiful beaches. Pat was very welcoming and accommodating to us as we arrived late on Sunday night and he waited to show us around the place. It was a beautiful place and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you for a great experience, Pat! :-)

For the price, it was very nice.
Large open space in an older quaint neighborhood. It was mostly clean and tidy with everything we needed.
The bed was comfy. Our biggest problem was that the coffee pot only made extremely weak coffee! I tried three times!? We had to go out to a fast food to purchase some🙁

Our stay at the he guest house was wonderful . The apartment was clean & comfortable & very tastefully decorated . The neighborhood was lovely & location was convenient. The hosts were friendly with lots of good recommendations . We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice roomy apartment. Cute residential neighborhood, but really too far to walk anywhere. 26 steps up, so beware if you have mobility issues. Washer & dryer in apartment . Host provided us with beach chairs & umbrella, even a beer in the refrigerator. Would stay here again.

Close to restaurants and downtown and a few minutes from the beaches. Clean and well stocked a very nice place to stay.

Great location, kind host
The place had everything you need. The only thing that was an issue was that the water I’m the shower didn’t get hot. Other than that, it was great. And Pat was a wonderful host.

Great place for our stay!
A very nice place with anything we needed for this visit. It worked well especially for proximity to family we were visiting. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood & to places on Central. Had everything we would have expected, had strong WiFi and we were glad to be able to utilize the bikes offered! Thanks!

Pat went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We arrived late, but Pat was kind and flexible and made it work. Upon arrival, Pat showed us the unit and showed us how to use the TV and had complimentary drinks in the refrigerator. The bed was so comfortable that it was difficult to get up in the morning. This is a great VRBO in a great location of St. Petersburg!
