The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bottle of wine waiting for us was a nice gesture. It was a good location to walk the various neighborhoods (Alfama, Baixa, and Chiado). Quiet at night. Having breakfast breads and pastries delivered each morning was nice.
Laundry cycle was super long to finish. No dryer, but our clothes did dry on the hangers supplied. Hot water was an issue - not sure if doing one small load of laundry had anything to do with it.

Centrally located in Baxia, best hotel to explore Lisboa. The staff (Archimedes) is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic and fresh and delivered yo your room everyday.
It has mini laundry that really helpful for washing our dirty cloth after 2 weeks in Spain and Portugal.
The note and messages that was left by the hotel before we check out add to their personal touch. It was nice.

The noise at night was difficult to bear. It was impossible to keep a window open for fresh air.

The location is really nice, in the center, everything is within walking distance. The room also has a washing machine and kitchenette. Staff is very nice and helpful. The room is also spacious and clean. There is a also a public parking nearby with a special rate for hotel guests. Breakfast is abundant.
The second night we stayed there, there was an electricity shut down due to the road construction nearby. I understand that it was not the fault of the hotel. It was done as a safety procedure enforced by the local authority. But since no one was in charge at the receptionist after 11pm, we were a bit panic because we didn't understand the situation and what was happened as suddenly the room was dark in the middle of the night, only the emergency lamp was on and we did not know whom to contact. The other guest contacted the police and they came to check everything and explain the situation to us. My suggestion is the hotel needs to provide a contact number for the guests in case of the emergency. Except this, everything is perfect. I will stay here when I visit Lisboa again.

Excellent location for walking/accessing transportation to main attractions/restaurants. The room was clean/bright/spacious. Breakfast, washer/dryer, dishwasher were convenient. Friendly/attentive staff.

The location of this hotel is perfect for walking to all the squares and train station in the heart of Lisbon. The staff were super helpful and accomodating.
The elevator was not working due to a recent flood. Our room was on the 3rd floor which meant walking up 3 flights of stairs after a long day of sightseeing. When we arrived, the staff carried our bags up to our room but when we checked out of our room, we had an early flight so we had to carry our very heavy bags down the 3 flights of stairs.
I realize that the elevator not working was beyond the control of the hotel but it was still an inconvenience.

it's a great apartment for a family of 2+2. big, comfortable bed, enough place inside, a dining table, equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast along with the ingredients we received freshly every morning. it was clean and in a perfect location. we arrived late at night, a lady waited for us because there was a flood in the place and she wanted to let us know
there was a flood at the hotel before we arrived, the elevator didn't work, they tried to fix it so the smell was bad at the lobby. we had a stroller so it was hard to go up to the room. I understand it's not their fault but we chose this place because of the elevator and it was not available. no compensation was offered to us.
we asked for additional 30 minutes for check-out, they refused even though it's a short time

The apartment was comfortable and large. The refrigerator was keep stocked with six eggs, milk, and butter. Coffee pods were refreshed daily, and breakfast rolls and dessert was delivered to the door every morning. Location was very convenient to restaurants, train station, grocery store, shore. The bedroom was a very nice size with ample clothing spaces.
A clothes washer / dryer worked great.
The fold out sofa bed cushions would not stay in place easily but were adequate for support. Did not use sofa bed. The kitchen sink appeared to have an overflow side drain, but we found out that it was not really an over flow drain when doing dishes and had to quickly mop up some water under the sink. No problem, but got surprised with wet feet. ;>)
Street was not accessible for cars due to construction, but our Uber driver got us very close and assisted us with our luggage to the front door during arrival.

Everything was great! The location, comfort, facilities, all good. Fruits, eggs, cheese, and breads provided daily were absolutely fantastic.

Excellent location in the middle of the city, very close to everything. Very convenient to have the breakfast served in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms. Seems like a great option for people with disabilities (based on the facilities, no one in our group had to make use of them).
The coffee machine in the room didn't work. Outside of that, everything else was great. A bit more expensive than other options, but to us, it was worth it.

Overall, I am pretty satisfied with my stay at your apartment. The location, food offer, cleaning, and other maintenance services were excellent. The staffs were incredibly helpful and kind—two thumbs up.
I am not sure if it’s because of the water at your hotel, but I had a stomach ache on my out. I think it’s better to offer still water from the market.

Fantastic location (close to ;lots of restaurants and attractions), very helpful staff (because I was running the marathon I had to leave before breakfast, but they brought me double breakfast the day before) and a room with everything (you can cook yourself).
