Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du propriétaire malgré la barrière de la langue, les jeunes filles du proprietaire qui étaient très investies dont l'aînée qui parlait très bien anglais, le rapport qualité-prix intéressant, le petit déjeuner, les moustiquaires + volets + rideaux dans la chambre, la possibilité d'avoir accès à un mini bar
Il manquait peut être un gel douche et un shampooing dans la salle de bain

Small rooms but space efficient. 4 adults can sleep comfortably. Kitchen is very small to cook actual meals but we mainly ate out so. Hosts were super nice and ready to help with anything. Would definitely recommend.

The host and his family were really helpful, their hospitality was very warming. The balcony is just great during the afternoon, and the nights.
Not EU standard electic solloutions, but Albania is not the part of the EU, so no surprise. But nothing dangerous, even we were with our 4 years old son.

Located in a quiet area of crazy Ksamil, within a walking distance to the "center". Clean room, easy parking.
Wi-fi could be faster.

Hosts are super lovely, a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of Ksamil (about 5-10 min walk), highly recommend!

Great owner - friendly and nice in general.
It wasnt clear which rooms have a kitchen corner and vice versa. The bathroom wasnt completely neat and the flusher of the toilet was poor. The walls were pretty thin so you can hear everything/everyone in the house.

The hostess is very nice! The accommodation is in a quiet location, away from all the noisy bars. Still, it's a short walk to get to the restaurants and a beach. So the location is great. I also liked the decoration of the room.
Vila Alesio has rooms and apartments. We booked something called "Studio Apartment" (25m), but this one wasn't an apartment, it was a room. The information on Booking also said it had a kitchen, but our room didn't have a kitchen. Furthermore, in the picture, there was a table with chairs on the balcony. There was indeed a balcony, but there were no table or chairs on it. I think it was just an honest mistake, since the hostess is very kind! But I think the hostess should update the information of room "Studio apartment (25m)". Lastly, it is indeed close to the beach, but it's also the most crowded beach of Ksamil (in July). So we walked 45 min to the south to find a beach with some space. Renting a scooter is also a good idea!
