The unit was in disrepair . The pans were scratched an everything stuck. Only 2 burners on the stove worked. The table legs were coming off the dinning room table. We had cold showers, the hot water heater was not adequate for a 4 bedroom unit. The fireplace in the master bedroom had a draft like an open window. Beds and pillows were old and uncomfortable and some beds did not have mattress pads which is a hygiene issue. One of the reasons we chose this property was for the hot tubs. The hot tubs were broken.

Property is located well and the location is beautiful.

It wasn’t clean-tried to run vac and it didn’t work. Carpet was horrible with spills, windows had broken screens, hall flooring has soft spot, sink and shower faucets need replaced-don’t work well-not enough towels for multiple nights, TVs need updated, spills on walls, this place just needs some attention. It’s an excellent location, layout is great, just has had a lot of abuse.
