The flat is neat and clean and has good amenities in general.
The view and the proximity to the promenade.
1) The apartment is on the 3rd floor and its all stairs. If you have an elderly person or young kids its not easy.
2) The property is in a piazza with a basketball court which is very roudy plus kids play till the early hours. The piazza is also very noisy with vehicles etc.
3) There is no ac in the rooms so you try to shut off the sound from outside but then its warm. The ac is in the corridor so its ok but you have to leave doors open meaning no privacy.
4) there are some small things that need seeing to in the flat to justify its price.

The location is very good and the house has everything you need.
Pay attention to where you park the car, on some weekdays they do a market and the police could remove if you don't pay attention. The owner of the house could have warned us.

The place was very clean and decorated nicely. The location was brilliant. You can see the beach from the bed! It had everything we needed and the host also left coffee and water for us to consume.
