Lovely 1 bed clean modern apartment overlooking the sea Located at the end of the 8km strip towards the harbour side so the shops and restaurants are within few minutes walk as is the beach. Fully recommended

Sehr schön gelegen, viele Treppen steigen oder Anhöhe bewältigen, ist aber alles machbar, gut für die tägliche Bewegung. Objekt sauber, schön und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit(Lidl) 10 Min. zu Fuß. Zentral gelegen, zum Hafen15 Min. fußläufig.

We had a wonderful holiday, helped in no small way by our genial host Christian. Nothing was a problem,he was so helpful. This is a lovely Apartment in a quiet location.

The appartment was generally very comfortable and the South facing balcony with a sea view was a huge plus. Very close to all amenities, beach etc but still a quiet neighbourhood. The description details double bed, 2 singles side by side wasn't an issue but not as expected. We experienced a n unpleasant smell from the shower drain throughout our stay, After contacting Christian it was promptly looked at and initially seemed to be sorted. Unfortunately, the smell returned but was held at bay with regular bleach treatment. It seems unfair to be giving what feels like a bad review as a result of a problem most likely unknown to the owner. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.

Comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The view from the balcony is stunning. Spent many hours watching the sea from the balcony which had a lounger and table and chairs and an awning for shade on sunny days . Pool was cleaned regularly while we were there and plenty of loungers by the pool . Pool has roman steps and hand rail so easy to get into. The gardens and paths are well maintained and complex is well lit at night. Recommend the apartment highly and hope to return again. thank you Christian.

Sehr schön ruhig gelegenes Apartment für 2 Personen mit tollem Meerblick bis nach Fuerteventura mit einfacher Ausstattung und ausreichenden Handtüchern zum Duschen und für Pool/Strand.

We stayed for a week in early June. Christian, the owner, was extremely helpful and flexible when we met to get the keys. Friendly and welcoming, he showed us around the apartment and advised us on the local area and how to make the most of our stay. The apartment remains at a comfortable temperature day and night. The view from the balcony is simply stunning with sweeping views of the sea and the northern hills of Fuerteventura. It also sees the sun all day from dusk til dawn! The location is perfect in a quiet safe neighbourhood surrounded by apartment complexes, secured by locked gates. It is extremely quiet for how central it is, with many great bars and restaurants on the strip a short walk down the hill, or stairs alternatively. A large shopping centre and the old town are a 5 minute walk in the other direction. The pool area is tidy and nicely kept with communal sunbeds - we did find unfortunately these were often "reserved" (against the list of complex rules) so be sure to head down early. There is a shop a minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend, would definitely revisit and couldn't imagine a Puerto del Carmen holiday spent anywhere else!

We had a lovely holiday in Jonathan's apartment. The location was perfect for both old and new town. We holiday regularly in Puerto del Carmen and this is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. The photos are a true reflection of the property.

We spent a week in April at the apartment which is exactly as shown in the pictures. It's very quiet at night but close to all the bars and restaurants on the strip or the old town. The balcony is lovely for relaxing on and gets the sun all day. Shower and wifi are also good. Christian met us with the keys and was available if we had any issues which we didn't. I'd recommend the apartment for a stay in Puerto del Carmen.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful private complex. We were met on arrival by Christian, who was very welcoming and always available if required. Would highly recommend this apartment, location was great also, down some stepps and your at the beach front.

We had a great weeks holiday staying in this apartment, the view is fab, the pool area is nice and quiet and the entire grounds around the complex are so neat and tidy

Das Appartement ist stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Zudem ist es absolut zentral gelegen. Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar! Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

The apartment had recently been refurbished to a good standard and helped make our holiday very enjoyable. The pool area and gardens were very attractive and well maintained. Christian was there to show us around, hand over the keys and give advice on the area. The complex was really quiet even though it was only a few minutes walk to the beach or restaurants. It was a treat to have breakfast whilst enjoying the amazing view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this lovely apartment.

Liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement in der perfekten Lage (links geht es zum Hafen, rechts zur "Touristenmeile"). Man ist sofort im Leben, wohnt aber dort oben sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen hier sehr wohl gefühlt, einzig die Betten waren für uns - was natürlich subjektiv ist - etwas zu hart. Auf jeden Fall absolut empfehlenswert, wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da. Viele Grüße auch an unseren netten Vermieter, Herrn Dorndorf!!!

Bereits ab unserer Voranfrage wurde durch den Vermieter alles freundlich und zeitnah beantwortet. Das hübsch dekorierte und vollständig renovierte Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet. Es liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe und Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend im näheren Umkreis vorhanden. Wir möchten diesen Vermieter und das Apartment ausdrücklich empfehlen und bedanken uns für einen tollen Urlaub auf Lanzarote!

Christian es muy amable, nos hizo un resumen de la isla e imprescindible para visitar, nos recogió en la parada del autobús porque le venía paso, y si tenias dudas te atendía rapidísimo por el whatsapp. El apartamento es muy bonito, muy bien decorado y completo de utensilios incluso cosas imprescindibles como sal, azúcar... Aparte de la excelente ubicación y según mi viaje en la mejor playa. La zona está llena de restauración (muy "guiri" por cierto), comercios y supermercados. En general, muy recomendable y para mí un acierto!
