This was a great location with a wonderfully open, clean space for 8 of us. Huge closet space, tons of towels, fans and humidifiers, all of the essentials. The text support was very responsive and helpful! We texted several times to get clarification on parking and other things, and I was very pleased to have such a quick and easy process for questions! Our only qualm was that the hours for the hot tub were pretty unclear. Our first night it was fully locked and covered by 8pm, which seemed really early. The next day we tried to go around 11am and it was also closed. However, our text support person/people called the HOA for us to clarify, which was very kind. This condo also had access to the pool/hot tub in another building - we didn't use it, but awesome to know that there was a second one to try. For future browsing - sounds like hot tub hours are 12-8 in the winter.

Mountainwood 301 is the ideal location for the lifts, Main Street and a great base for Breckenridge. The property is super clean, and has everything. Definitely a modern home from home. Pinnacle are super helpful and responsive any time of day!! This is a no regrets decision!

Our family of 4 rented Mountainwood 301 in August 2023 for a week. The location was perfect and so was the condo! It was very clean, modern and comfortable. We were steps away from hiking trails, main street, and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and tucked away. We enjoyed the Sunday farmers market, fly fishing the blue river, hikes to glacial lakes, shopping, ice skating, quaint restaurants and even tried a ziplining tour nearby. It was the perfect vacation for us. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was great for our family which included 2 teenage daughters. The girls had a double sink vanity and their own balcony. Book it, you won't regret it!

Spacious, clean, and updated condo with plenty of room for a family of 5 or more, extremely close to Peak 9 base. Large kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Great view of the mountains from all rooms. Cozy in the cold weather. Only a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift.
The hot tub was crowded most of the time since it’s shared with the other condos in the immediate area, but the access to skiing more than made up for it.

We had a wonderful time in this condo that is so close to everything in Breck! We were able to walk to town and the chair lift within minutes. The condo is well stocked with everything that you could need for a great trip! We cooked several nights and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. The contact with the property group was amazing. They were readily available for questions and also checked in on us to ensure all was well. We would highly recommend renting here as we will again!

This place is amazing!!! Super clean and in an excellent location.
Walking distance to the Village where you can rent your skis and go up immediately in the lift. Coming back from skiing, the walk to the house is less than 8 minutes. Please remember to bring quarters to wash and dry your clothes. Machines only take quarters.

This newly renovated condo is perfectly located in true walking distance to the base of Peak 9/Quick Silver ski lift, ski school and rentals at The Maggie. Also a 5 minute walk to get to shops and restaurants on Main Street, so you truly don’t need a car during your stay. The condo was clean and well stocked for our family of four. This was our kids first time skiing and our first trip to Breck and we couldn’t have found a better location. The property manager was in touch with info a few days before our arrival and even let us check-in early. I would definitely recommend this property and Pinnacle for your next rental!

This condo is better than the photos. The beds were comfortable, the unit was spotless and the kitchen was well appointed. There was ample space for the whole family to spread out and relax. The proximity to the mountain and charter sports for rentals was perfect for everyone. This was a perfect place to stay in Breck, very highly recommended!

This property was just what I hoped for during our stay. The condo was well appointed and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. What we all enjoyed was how close the property is to Peak 8 and walking distance to downtown. One person who didn't ski was even able to meet us at Peak 9 by riding on the Gondola from the parking lot. We would highly recommend this condo and property management was very easy to work with and very accompodating.

This property was the perfect size for us! The kids had plenty of room to play and enjoy their own space while the adults mingled and had fun. My friend and I stayed here for a little over 2 weeks and cannot say enough good things about this property and management team. Condo was extremely neat and clean and had everything we were looking for. Check in was a breeze and management team was super responsive. Great views of the mountains and a quick 2min walk (if that) into town. Will definitely stay here again!

The property is a short walk away from Breckenridge Village, and there was plenty of room for my family of four. Check in and out was seamless, and although we didn’t need them, the property managers were in regular communication.
