It looks like a passion project, a lot of effort went into the decor of the rooms. The garden area and pool have a lot of potential. The room was clean. There is parking right in front of the villa, and several food options in the area.
The general vibe is strange. We arrived in front of this big, locked door to the compound in an area of the town with a mix of fast food drive throughs and industrial warehouses. The only way to get in was by calling a phone number, which may not be feasible for everyone. There was no reception or other welcoming area, and after we were shown our room, the host disappeared again and we were left alone, not sure what areas of the premises were to be used or not as nobody was around. Some sections were still under construction.
We arrived on foot. The hotel is around 15 mins from the train station which was convenient, but the area is clearly not designed for pedestrians with sidewalks missing in many places.
I think a simple interphone at the entrance and a tour of the premises would have made us feel much more comfortable already.

Moroccan style site, you may like it or not.
The room was clean and comfy
Breakfast was ok but not special.
It has to be said there were not many guests in the same period.
Toilet flush was noisy during the night we needed to close the water valve to stop the noise.

The Ville Majorelle is truly an oasis in a busy end of the city, but once you have stepped behind that heavy door your are transported to another time and place. Thank you to our lovely hosts for the kind reception and the beautiful, private room with its own garden. What we did not understand is why this beautiful place is not packed with other guests. People, you need to go here and stay for more than one night! We are sorry we weren't there when the restaurant was open. Truly, our loss.

At first the location looks a bit odd, but inside the grounds, everything is incredible! Loved that the owner's dogs and cat had free reign of the hotel and were super friendly.
The check in process was a little confusing. Had to turn our phone on and use roaming minutes to call. A door buzzer and/or a sign explaining that check-in doesn't start until 3:30 would be helpful.

Very nice hosts, great cook as well, pool is great, entire hotel area is as “riad” style very private, quiet

It was definitely an experience to stay at this place. Like a little city oasis, but not your usual hotel experience. I recommend for flexible travelers. Breakfast was very good. They have a very large pool, refreshing!
Of course the hotel is a bit dated and slightly messy but overall it was very clean so this did not matter to us, it rather added to the experience and charm.

we really enjoyed the pool - the one by the restaurant, we were lucky to get the three-four beds in the morning and enjoyed all day alone.
they really try to be max friendly and they are. so very kind. But they are having a hard time selling the product = 1/ very hard to find the reception and personal? 2/ there is a mess of building projects, old sad flowers, pictures on web are not matching reality. Makes the image of a perfect garden totally wrong
3/ basics as a menu card are missing? 4/ The Breakfast: 12,5€ for one perfect croissant, a blue hard hard boiled ice cold egg, sad breads, some marmalade one apricot … first time we did not got French cheese? We are well traveled and know standards, sorry guys, this is not good enough - higher you standard or take a star ⭐️ of the front door. Or go all in and make it happen!

The attention of the staff, spacious and well decorated room and surroundings, nice coffee and nice dinner
conditions of the property is quite old, it is in the middle of a commercial area which is quite noisy and has foul smell of a dog food factory in the air, it is not so clean with dogs poo and fur everywhete

We had a spacious room and it was all very clean. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The garden would have a lot of potential as an oasis within the city - whenever the construction is finished.
The garden was a construction site. Nowhere it was stated that the entire area outside the room was under construction and there was nowhere you could sit outside. After the booking we got an E-Mail that the pool was not open (we thought because of COVID). We didn't spend a lot of time in Pertuis but would have been very disappointed if we would have planned to stay there longer since it looked really nice on the pictures and it was nowhere close in real. However, we truly belief that at some point point it might look as beautiful again as on the pictures but we feel disappointed that we paid quite a lot for the room.

This villa is an oasis amidst a commercial district. It’s decor is Moroccan and the experience is like a trip to Marrakech. The Marrakech Suite was large and comfortable and lived up to its name. The host, Alain and staff were welcoming and attentive. We regretted not being able to sample the food as the on site restaurant was closed. Breakfast poolside was a treat.
6.3
The super friendly and helpful staff
The gardens around the main pool
The spacious and spotlessly clean rooms
Mango, Shiva and Filou - the dogs
Breakfast was quite limited - no fresh eggs, hardly any fresh fruit, only apricots but a nice variety of bread
Some fixtures and fittings were broken or missing in the rooms, e.g. Light fitting, towel rings etc
Limited bar service in terms of availability of drinks
Very expensive dinner, it was good though
The grounds and gardens, although on the whole well established are neglected. Some areas looked as if they were shutting down for the season or had only just opened
Location - in the middle of a commercial estate, having said that once inside the grounds it was like an oasis of calm
