Apartment was very clean and comfortable.
We had all what we needed there.
The Host was very friendly and answered all our questions- very helpfully.

Everything was perfect during our 9 day stay! Check in was friendly and efficient with excellent communication with Lina before and during our stay. The apartment is VERY CLEAN, spacious and very well equipped. Kitchen and bathroom were perfect, nothing was missing in the apartment with a lot of extras provided. Upon arrival fridge was stocked with water, juice, milk, fruit and vegetables. Cookies, coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper were also provided. The air conditioning was quiet and worked well and was very clean. The outdoor space is comfortable with a nice view of the sea. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and a 5 minute drive from Kavala centre. Highly recommended and excellent value for money.
Parking on the street outside the apartment can be a challenge but with a little creativity you learn how to park like the locals (ie on the sidewalk) so we always found somewhere to park.

What a great find. Honestly one of the best properties I’ve been. The apartment have 3 separate bedrooms so it’s more than perfect for a family vacation or a group of friends. Everything you need they have it: excellent kitchen with all you need for cooking, air conditioning in every room, big terrace with sea view for your frappe or beverage. Beds were very comfortable, mosquito nets everywhere so you sleep as baby.
Easy for parking around if you’re with a car. Close to restaurants and shops less than 10 min by walk.
It was a great pleasure to meet such a great hosts and their family, they go beyond to feel perfect there, so that’s a 11 star in my rating is for them :)

The accommodation was excellent with everything you need in an apartment:
- regular and clean linen changed
- bathroom with washing machine, 4-5 types of shampoos, medicines
- kitchen equipped with hob, oven, freezer, refrigerator full of drinks
- terrace for events or play
- at 100 meters from the accommodation there is a parquet where events are organized
- at 300 - 400 meters from the accommodation there is the port which is full of dining places.
- 10 minutes walk to the center from the place of accommodation.

The host is extremely helpful and careful. The place is super comfy and clean. Totally recommend this place and will visit it again next time.
