El apartamento está muy céntrico, la ubicación es excepcional: cerca del Puente Nuevo, la calle de la Bola y de las zonas turísticas que queríamos visitar. Es muy acogedor y está muy bien decorado. Muy cómodo y con detalles cuidados, por ejemplo, me encantó el olor al entrar. Está equipado con múltiples electrodomésticos en la cocina y todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Los baños muy nuevos y con todo lo necesario. Todo muy nuevo.
El anfitrión estuvo pendiente de atendernos en todo momento, lo que me dio sensación de seguridad y se agradece mucho. Nos dio indicaciones detalladas de cómo abrir las puertas, nos aconsejó descargar la aplicación necesaria con antelación al viaje y desde luego ayudó mucho a que la estancia fuera perfecta, incluso con recomendaciones sobre restaurantes y bares. No tengo ninguna queja.
Todo estaba perfecto, quizá yo pondría más ropa de cama y bien ajustada, que no se caiga con facilidad, también es verdad que soy friolera y en Ronda suele hacer frío en invierno (hemos ido en enero).

Absolutely fantastic apartment, vary spacious, located right in the city centre. Although next to road due to extra glazing very quiet inside. Two bathrooms, massive kitchen. Great and helpful host.

The apartment was great. Located walking distance to everything. Was able to find parking on the street. Host was very helpful at checkin time (you will need to download an app and use it to access the apartment). Will definitely return!

The apartment is knew, everything perfect with all the things we need for a wonderful stay. I would stay there again and recommend it for everyone. I loved the location just in the centre near everything, not noisy, because of the good windows.
I don't like grey dark towels, the unique thank I didn't liked . I prefer white towels.
The key platform Hoomvip was too difficult for me to introduce the identification data, our landlord helped us. He was always very kind and helped us a lot.
I don't think this platforms are secure, perhaps I am too old to adapt to this news technologys.

Newly renovated modern apartment with all amenities needed for a short stay. The location was very quite, yet only a 5-10 mninutes walk to all the restaurants and attractions.
The host maintained constant communiations from the beginning to the end. I had a hard time uploading our travel document to the app to complete the pre-arrival registration process, so I sent the docuemnt to the host and he took care of it for us. We also had issue unlocking the door on one of the two apartments, the host took care of the problem by dropping off a physical key for us rigth away which we appreciated very much!
Host also provided information on where to park our two minivans which was just a 2 mins walk from the apartment and the rate was very reasonable (approx. 16 euros for 24 hours).
Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this place!
The app used to check-in and open the doors could be a bit frustrating to use, other than that, everything was perfect.

Modern flat, clean and tidy. Very central and comfortable.
We stayed just a night, used the washing machine too.
Check in was done through a downloaded app, which I found it a bit difficult to use it at the beginning. The doors are opened through your phone, there is not a real key/card. Unusual system according to my experience, but the host has been extremely helpful in assisting us.
Also, it would have been appreciated to find some tea bags/ herbal tea/ coffee bags in the kitchen for something warm to drink in the evening. A bit disappointing

Check in App DID NOT WORK. Collection of Face Photo is in violation of privacy.
It advertise for 1 condo with 5 beds, we booked for 4 for $99 Euro. Later an undecided friend joint. We were honest to send in all 5 passports. The owner demanded another $40 Euro!!! How is that fair????? I can accept additional $25!
Also one bed sheet and pillow case were dirty! We requested a change. The owner said IT IS BECAUSE BE ONLY BOOKED 4!

The facial recognition system was so bad and didn’t work, it took me for three hours to get in, can’t reach the property owner , what if people doesn’t have cellar data?

A nicely located, clean and modern apartment. However, the need to download an app, upload all parties passports, have photos taken etc was a pain, and probably would be very difficult for those who are not great with technology. In addition, the need to use the app to open the door (no key or key code) was restrictive as 4 people had to rely on 1 person to get in and out of the building and apartment. Also, the apartment door was very unreliable, sometimes opening on the second attempt of using the app open door facility, and sometimes it took up to ten attempts to open the door. Again, this was very annoying for us but for others may have been very difficult indeed.

Great location, close to the bull ring and the Ronda new bridge area. Excellent choice for two couples as 2 bathrooms and lots of comfortable seating in living room. Beds were comfortable and apartment was quiet. Great patio to enjoy the sun. Juan and his brother were super helpful and provided lots of suggestions. Would definitely stay here again.

Missing a kettle if you just want to make tea, coffee pods were supplied generously though.
Paid car parking is very close by, but of you need to drop off laugage, it's not easy to stop as it is a main street with no places to stop. However the location is really good for being close to everything
