Literal en una.orilla y en un cerro,muy inseguro ya que las puerta solo contaba con una.chapa de seguridad de las que las abren muy fácilmente aún con seguro puesto. Tanto para.dejar tus cosas como para descansar,pensando en que alguien pudiera entrar. Mi estancia.fie.de 3 noches y no cambiaron la.ropa.de cama,no hacían el aseo.y.solo cambiaban unas toallas muy pequeñas y ásperas. Al rededor de la entrada a la cochera que era su acceso,ya que no cuentan.con un lobby. Demasiada basura..No había internet en las habitaciones. Nos hicieron referencia que solo en el.patio
Que había cucarachas,la inseguridad ,que no hacen aseo,no cambian la ropa de cama ,las toallas pequeñas ásperas y viejas. No había internet en las habitaciones

We booked the accommodation around 6pm for 2 nights & got a message right away to confirm that we were coming. We did that immediately with a time when we arrive. When we arrived late in the evening we were told, very rudely, that we should have confirmed by 4pm & that there were no more rooms in the category & we were offered a more expensive room with the option of the next day in the room that we booked to move.
We don't felt very welcome there.

- cannot contact the property using the number listed in booking.com
- no hot water in my room. had to go to another floor to use the shower; I was leaving the same day and didn’t need to move rooms; was not given a partial refund for this inconvenience - the receptionist claimed they couldn’t contact the owner

no wi fi, no hot water, very far from everything you have to walk around 15 MN to reach the bus station and it take 40 MN in bus to reach all activities

The hotel is fair for the price, stuff was very helpful helping me with luggage and information related to everything, had hot water and bed was comfortable.
Location: the hotel is Faaaar Far Away from everything, with public transport takes about 50 minutes to get to the beach (Zona Romantica). Neighbourhood doesn't seemed safe in the evening. I stayed one night, it's fair for the price. The noise from other rooms was unbearable, felt like being in a wedding, next door neighbour's music was so loud even after 11 PM that I couldn't even hear the conversation I listened to on laptop, with earplugs is fine.

nice room, nice bed, lovely staff
no soap, no hot water in shower, no toilet seat, and the price was higher than shown when I reserved , which makes booking.com unreliable unless paying up front - and not the first time this has happened in Mexico… though Im not sure what you can do about that…

I thought the rating of 7.5 was good enough to be good accommodation, but the place was so bad. beach is not close at all you must pay a lot to taxi or takes 45 minutes by bus to see the beach

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and it was out in the neighborhood.

The bed felt like sleeping on a gravel road. The bed was very old.
