Great view, my 12 time staying at El Cantil

El Cantil is a great property and this two bedroom was a nice unit with a great view. Only tiny negative was that we liked to cook on our vacations and this unit could have used more utensils and bowls. Real wineglasses would be nice, too. We made due just fine--next time I would just bring a few more of my own things. We had a great vacation; love El Cantil and the fact that you don't have to rent a car--everything you need is within walking distance.

We loved staying in El Cantil. The condo we rented was VERY well maintained and clean. We loved being able to walk to the stores/restaurants. The pool was so nice and you can order pool side food/drinks from the restaurant on the top floor of the condo building. We did have daily breakfast and one dinner at the roof top restaurant and the food was delicious, service great. We have stayed at the all-inclusive next door and while they have benefits this place easily rivals it for luxury! If you want to enjoy getting to know the city then we would recommend staying at El Cantil! We stayed during Hurricane Ernesto and were greatly helped by Claudia on booking a flight to Cancun. All of the staff--maid, waiters, office, security were nice/helpful. Our two bedroom was beautiful

We loved this accomodation, in fact we are retuirning to it again this year. Locations was great! Apartment was well equipped and roomy. The view to dye for a great access to the ocean via jumping off the pier.

As always, everything was perfect. Claudia, Ramon and Abraham go above and beyond to make sure our trip is great. The room was fabulous and thank you Albert for getting us in it when the honeymoon suite was not available. We would never consider staying anywhere else. Prepare to be wowed! This is a great condo in a terrific location. We loved the restaurant upstairs, some of the best breakfasts I have had in years and a spectacular view. The staff was geat and the pool area beautiful.

Great property, great staff. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The WIFI worked great and the free Vonage phone is a great touch. Highly recommended.

We frequent Cozumel often as we live on the Texas Gulf Coast and it is only about a 2 hour flight. Of all the palces we have stayed, El Cantil is the top. This is an excellent place for families to vacation as it is low key compared to the all inclusive resorts with large crowds and marginal food. The accomodations are very comfortable and clean and usually each bedroom has its own bath with king bed. The staff is always vey helpful. El Cantil is located close enough to downtown to walk saving on cab fares required to go downtown from some of the distant hotels. Primava's on top of El Cantil is a great place to dine and the best view in Cozumel. In additon, Cozumel has numerous really great resturants.

Everything so wonderful. We love the condos. The people, the place, the food. The snorkelling was the best right in front the condos.We love this place....

We love El Cantil. We stay two weeks and have for years. Each room we stay in is exactly as described. Each is very nicely decorated. Great kitchen equipment and appliances. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to great restaurants. Our view of the Caribbean is breathtaking. After diving we relax in our jacuzzi and take in the view. The staff from Claudia and Ramon are incredibly dedicated at making sure every thing runs smoothly.Doris keeps our room immaculate. During our last trip, they went out of their way to get a bottle of wine delivered from a friend at home. We do recommend this place to our family and friends. The diving is fabulous of course. We very much enjoy Prima and its new location. Mateo and other at Prima make us feel like family. Driving around the island is a highlight. The views at Coconuts are incredible. Another great spot is Playa Bonita and the Reggae Bar. Kinta in town is worth the trip. For a romantic spot, you must eat at La Veranda. You can easily enjoy those great spots easily from El Cantil.

My wife and I spent a wonderful week in Feb this year. The condo is wonderful. On nights we went to dinner at Prima we were able to get on the elevator and go up 2 flights to have dinner. It is just a short walk to town and the plaza. We had glorius sunsets each night and watched the sun disappear from our balcony. The hot tub is also a real plus for relaxing. Maid service was excellent and we never even saw the person. But it was always very clean. I would highly recommend this rental unit and plan to return in November.

Great condo. Great location. Staff was grate too! No real complaints. Everything was as advertised. Water pressure in shower could be better and hotter.

El Cantil is a wonderful place to stay if you like beautiful views, large balconys, peaceful serenity, great food, wonderful staff in both the restaurant, at the door and the front desk. If you don't like those kinds of things than this is not the place for you. Great Job Al

Thanks for a wonderful time, the property is so family friendly. The restaurant was excellent, and the views are breathtaking. We have found a home away from home. This was our 4th visit to El Cantil, and would not consider anywhere else on the island. Thanks to all your wonderful staff!

We always stayed at the El Presidente for many, many years, but after Al built El Cantil we switched and have been repeat guests for the past 6 years. Great views, great seaside pool, perfect location where you can walk to the main plaza in 5 minutes. Dive with any operator and they will pick you up at El Canitl's on-site pier.
