Good location. Nearby hotels for day trip pick ups. Very clean and secure. Food mall very close with plenty of restaurants and eating places.

Very limited in everything…cooking utensils, pillows etc. no “home comforts” nothing on the walls. So only very basic furnishings so be aware of the pics on the website. Overall just functional for a stay.

Great location, easy to commute with city

We with our friends stayed in two apartments at Mennica Residence. Even though the pictures were great, the apartment itself was filthy, dirty and dusty, we were shocked to see human blood stains in bathroom, uncleaned finger prints and dust all over the apartment. For our friends, it was also really strange to see broken kitchen hardware, door handles etc. in the apartments. As for us and for them it was most terrible stay. Host did not react to our request to re-clean the apartment after our notice. We are totally disappointed. We strongly don't recommend to stay at this location if the issues with cleaning and claim handling is not sorted

The apartment was dirty There was a huge metallic pin at the center of the room, I could really hurt myself by it. The pillows were thin and not comfortable The kitchen had a broken lamp which blinked all the time. The room was smoked from cigarettes with awful smell. There was a beer puddle at the center of the room. The floor was not cleaned or washed, my socks and feet were literally stick to the floor. Broken chairs I've paid a lot of money for the apartment which looked not like the photos. Please, be aware and never visit this residence. Photos are attached. I wish I could attach videos so you can see how bad the apartment is.

after the first fear that it would be very far from the city centre, after a quick walk and one metro jump it took me only 15minutes to reach my office in the centre!! the vicinity of the property is nice, very wide open with distance neighbours depending on which side of the building is your appartement located!

despite de very bright look of the pictures on the web site and the luxury shown. I have to say that some details prouves that the interior fit out of the appartement are a bit tired and looked used! Nevertheless the appartement is in a bit so old modern condominium! I couldn’t profit from some of the services which were offered in the price. I never received the info concerning the SPA and Fitness facilities mentioned on the website!

Location was great, several convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The accommodation didn't match the provided photos, the lock on the bathroom's door didn't work, the dishwasher's door was missing(mostly broken, honestly). The towels were clean, but severely used. The check-in process is was unclear and took longer, than expected. The property has a parking option, but it's not cheap and the only place where you can find the info about that is FAQ

Great location. Quiet. Secure. FANTASTIC view. Great shower, plenty of hot water. Well-equipped kitchen. Clean and extremely pleasant decor. Lots of shops to buy food and great restaurants and bars close by. Elegant building.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. It took a very long time to air it out even with all the doors open. I wrote to the landlord about it, but received no reply. The towels were old, with small stains, and torn, they need to be changed. The pillows were very basic. They could be better for the quality of the apartment and location / price. There were three remotes for the tv in the living room, none of them worked when you wanted to navigate backwards which made it impossible to navigate Netflix. They need to replace the remotes. The tv in the bedroom didn't work at all. No information of where or how to deal with recycling. No contact with landlord despite my emailing them via booking.com message center about the smoke smell and the remotes. In the booking, it was stated that there would be a car parking space included, but I was given no information about this. When I asked at the reception, the desk staff told me it was nothing to do with them and I had to contact the landlord. I had to have my friend park on the street when dropping me off and collecting me which was a pain since there are not many places available.

Panoramic view was amazing. Location is good as well, there are really good places for the food around the area.

We just expected from the host to get entrance information at least a day before, but we got 1.5 h. before arrival. There was only one (~140x200cm) blanket and it is too small for 2 people. At Least, there was bed cover so we used it. Tiles floors were very slippery, so you need to walk be carefully on it, carpets doesn't help to reduce the slippery.

Great apartments, prime location close to the main station, very pleasant and kind host.

These apartments are very close to the centre of Warsaw. They are clean, modern , well equipped for short or long stay. There are convenience shops very close by and a supermarket 300m away . Also close by is Brewery Warsawa a great collection of smart food Stall in an underground storage vault of the former brewery , completely renovated , with excellent choice of cuisines . Also very close is Norblin an old steel mill completely renovated with similar choices of food stalls, bars and live music. I stay in Mennica regularly on my business visits.

Nothing all is good

Great location, very nice and spacy room. It is like a house that has everything ready for you. It was quiet and we had good sleep there. I would book it again next time.

it’s very clean, modern, staff is very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to leave my luggage in a luggage room before check in and after check out. Thank you!
