Le QUAY (prononcé «Key») est l'une des plus belles escapades en bord de mer d'Ocean City. Situé à 107th Street et Coastal Highway, le Quay offre un forfait d'agrément qui garantit pratiquement des vacances amusantes.
Notre condo est # 701 et offre une excellente vue sur l'océan et la baie. Il est situé au 7ème étage et dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Il est joliment décoré, très moderne et très lumineux. Nous avons tout le mobilier pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous.
Notre condo est disponible à la location à tout moment de l'année. Entre juin et août, nous n'acceptons que les locations à la semaine. La période de location est du samedi au samedi.
Nous acceptons les paiements HomeAway.

We were so pleased with this unit. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated in beach mode . The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen contained all state of the art appliances.The place was immaculate and well maintained. The pool and patio area were always neat and clean. The location was great - right on the beach in northern OC. There were several shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by. The owner ,Alan Grove , was only a text or call away if needed. I highly recommend this great vacation spot!

Our stay in Ocean City at this condo was a wonderful little getaway. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The living space was large and you could see the ocean from the balcony. The location was far enough from the busy Ocean City heavy traffic and boardwalk but still close enough to many amenities. Alan was very attentive and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. I think it's important to mention that there is an additional $50 parking fee that is not included in the cost of your stay, but parking was easy and plenty of space for a second vehicle (additional $10). We would stay again and recommend this condo to others.

We had a great vacation, the condo was perfect for our family of 7. Lots of new updates, plenty of pans dishes, cleaning supplies were also provided. We felt right at home.

Alan’s condo was perfect for our family of 5! The 2 large bathrooms and oversized kitchen and living room were more than we had hoped for. The condo was clean upon arrival, check in was easy peasy and those views of both the bay and ocean….what a great location! With children different ages, you couldn’t beat the convenience of the location to the beach, pools, and game rooms.

The condo had really nice appliances..all top of the line from the coffee pot to the fridge. Very spacious for the 8 of us ( 4 kids and 4 adults. The 2 bathrooms made it really nice. Would stay again.

It's north OC.....we took the bus. All day pass,$3.00.❤️Surfaces clean...some small areas that need better attention ( behind toilets,corners bar stool cushions).
Other then that my family thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family and I stayed the week of 7/10 - 7/16 in this spacious and comfortable newly renovated condo. Alan, the property owner, was great to work with and very quick to respond to messages. Everything you could need to enjoy your stay was there. Besides the beach there were plenty of attractions to keep everyone entertained and happy. You do need to drive down a ways to get to the boardwalk but we considered that a plus. Not as much noise and congestion as you see when closer to the boardwalk. Still it’s only a few minutes away.. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family had a wonderful time. The condo had many updates that are not listed on the website. It was much nicer than we anticipated and the owner was very kind. I lost a set of keys and he mailed me another set without any issues. The location is perfect and we would definitely come back. Very nice people, beautiful beach, and lots of fun activities for the entire family. Thank you again Mr. Grove for a wonderful week.

We were very pleased with everything about this rental. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Having the beach and pool so close was great for my teen. I loved birding the bay across the street. It’s an end unit so we never heard noise from the hall. Very convenient location. I would rent it again.

This was the perfect vacation the place was on the beach close to everything and unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils nothing needed. Definitely coming back!!!!
