It was perfectly located for our family. The apartment was clean and the staff was super accommodating.
The stairs up to the apartment were very thin and hard to transport luggage up and down.

This flat was attractive, clean and generously stocked. Coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, soap, shower gel and shampoo were all provided in abundance and much appreciated as was the courtesy box of chocolates. The flat was in an excellent and safe location and we were able to walk into the Marais, to the Seine and to the Palais Garnier with ease. Edgar and his team were a delight to deal with and we couldn't fault them. They were happy to meet us at the flat early on arrival and on departure they stored our luggage for us without any issue. Thank you!

great location. clean comfortable, close to art et metiers metro so very convenient
only issue was that I sent a couple of
messages to the WhatsApp number listed because I was concerned about the strikes and transportation to and from the airport. did not get any replies. It ended up not being an issue but a reply with reassurance would have been helpful.

it was very spacious and had everything we needed. Great cooking facilities and dishwasher a bonus.

- central heating which made the apartment nice and toasty after coming back from sightseeing in the cold Paris winter
- location was good. 2 min walk to subway. nice restaurant opposite.
- spacious main bedroom with spacious connecting bathroom.
- Heated towel racks in bathrooms.
- solo access to the apartment being a very narrow spiral staircase. Very challenging to haul luggage up. My son who is 1.8m even hit his head on a steel bar that traversed the staircase space on the way up. Perhaps there should be a warning sign there.
- one of the bedrooms and its connecting bathroom are very small / cramped
- no washing machine/dryer
- no ability to store luggage before / after check out (so if one needs this facility, would need to stay in a hotel instead)

Location is perfect, safe and clean neighbourhood, lots of cafes and restaurants, a park, supermarket and subway stations nearby. Good wi-fi. Master bedroom is spacious, airy and has a decent size well ventilated ensuite bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped for a short stay and has a dishwasher. Dishwashing supplies are provided which was very convenient. The host was very friendly and responsive.
Second bedroom is tiny, hardly any space to walk around the bed. It's ensuite bathroom has poor ventilation so both felt very stuffy. Leaving the door to the living room open overnight meant that you hear all the traffic from the main road.
No recycling facilities in the flat though the main waste room off of the courtyard has it. All that's provided in the flat is one large bin.
Spiral staircase from the main door to the flat is narrow and steep - I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with mobility issues or very young children.

Good location close to cafes and metro station, comfortable beds, clean and great hosts.
No air conditioning! and it was very very hot (even with fans).

Fantastic location within easy reach of two metro stations. There are restaurants and shops on the doorstep, perfect for a quick breakfast before sightseeing, or dinner at the end of a busy day. The property is roomy, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Edgar is a great communicator and always on hand to deal with any queries and goes above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay. It’s is perfect for a family, or two couples, with two double rooms (one is smaller than the other), each with an en suite. We travelled with our teenage daughter and had a wonderful time.
The safety deposit box didn’t work but we didn’t need it and Edgar reassured that this would be repaired after our stay. The property is accessed via a narrow, spiral staircase which wasn’t difficult for us but could be tricky for guests with mobility issues.

Excellent location, comfortable pied à terre, superb shower. Big enough for family of four. Helpful and easily contactable host. Loved being in the heart of the Marais with great metro links, but could also walk home from Notre Dame in 20 minutes. Super recommendation for a boulangerie for breakfast! Would definitely stay here if coming to Paris again with family.

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable as well.
If more than 4 guests, the one sleeping in the living room will have the noise from the main road.
