Die mittelalterlich/neuzeitliche Architektur, die sehr ordentlich und sauber vorgefunden wurde. Der Blick aufs Meer, zum Meeresrauschen einschlafen.

they could change the bed-sofa with a real bed. the bed-sofa is not comfortable.

The location has a spectacular view of the sea and easy access to the beach.

It was cold and there was no heat. Also, the mattress was hard.

The location of the property is perfect, in the heart of the old town but close to the beach. Great views. Well equipped.

We are reasonably fit but If you have mobility issues this is not suitable. In fact the town of Sperlonga is not suitable if you are not able to climb steps as it is situated on a steep hill. No balcony but we knew that when we booked.

Charming apartment, great location, and above all a spectacular view.

The property has everything you could possibly need. Fabulous view of the sea. My contacts were also extremely courteous and helpful.

Need to warn travellers of the many steep steps. Some info on medical services and taxis would be helpful.

The view from the room is nice.

Our WORST stay ever. We actually ended up leaving early (although we had paid in full in advance) because it was that bad: - The "appartment" is really tiny, about 25 sqm, it's basically a larger room. - More problematic, there are stairs even close to the beds - we have a young child who sometimes falls from her bed, this place was borderline dangerous for her.  - The adults "bed" is actually a small extensible sofa, it was a very bad sleep for us (if I remember correctly this place did not mention they only offer sofas for sleeping and there is no proper bed in the facility). - There is only one air conditioner down the hallway, it's noisy and it doesn't really lower the temperature in the actual sleeping area of the room. - The shower is also tiny (70x70 cm). I had to wash my daughter while staying outside. - The smell in the bathroom is bad, although the window has stayed open all the time. - The toilet is very loud, if one uses it during the night, everybody is woken up. - Several furnishings have rust on them (washing machine, shower). - There was almost no toilet paper in the bathroom. Imagine when we arrived after a long trip and discovered there is not enough toilet paper for all of us to use the bathroom at that time. - There are tons of stairs to get to the facility, but at least this was expected.
